I like these because there is absolutely no taste. I’ve only been using them for a little while so I can’t tell any difference, but I think it was a wise decision since I do not eat fish at all. Maybe I’ll update this after I get my yearly blood work done and see if it’s helped!

Solves Dry Eyes (over tear production)
This product has solved my Dry Eye issue. My eyes would constantly drip to the point I am crying. When I started taking this product the dripping has completely stopped. My optometrist recommended this product and it has worked for this issue plus I am getting the benefits of the fish oil for my joints. Highly recommend this for dry eye (over tear production).

Great high quality product, though a little large
I take these daily to combat elevated Triglycerides (a component of cholesterol). I don’t know if it would work for everyone, but I have consistently been able to avoid statins to control blood cholesterol since I started taking these. And what they say about not tasting fish oil after consumption, is true. I have been using this product for about 2 years after having it suggested by a friend. This is a high quality product that does indeed help me keep my numbers in check. IF there is one drawback, it’s that they are large and sometimes hard to swallow.
