My wife has used the omega for both of her pregnancies, and weâve had a fantastic experience with it. Sheâs taken these soft gels without any issues throughout both pregnancies, and theyâve been a great addition to her prenatal care routine. The unflavored option is a big plus, as itâs easy to swallow and doesnât have any unpleasant aftertaste, unlike some other prenatal supplements weâve tried.Weâve seen no side effects, and the soft gels are easy on her stomach, even during the first trimester when she was more sensitive to supplements. The Best!
I take a normal prenatal from another supplement company, but Nordic Naturals took the cake for DHA.I previously tried Ritual after great reviews and personal recommendations in an effort to reduce the number of pills to take every day, but I had horrible burps from them. Iâve never experienced that ever.I worked with my OB and Dietican to make the perfect supplement mix for myself and these are part of that! I was nervous that Iâd experience the same burps from these, but no issues at all! I take 2 each evening to optimize absorption separating them from my normal prenatal and have zero issues. They donât taste bad, nor do they really taste like strawberry to me. They taste like nothing and I love that theyâre third party researched.

No fishy taste or aftertaste. Easy to swallow and great to take prepartum and beyond. Trust Nordic and they’ll care for you, your body and your baby. Currently on my second stint of the prenatal version, will take thru breastfeeding. Helps me tone down those emotional outbursts (tears) postpartum.

Everyone knows when you burp after taking fish oil pills, your burps have a fishy smell, well these donât!!!! These have a strawberry smell. Genius! Especially for pregnant ladies.

No more fishy burps!
Iâve been using mamas select products for nearly a month now and Iâve really enjoyed them. Iâve been taking the prenatal plus, DHA (strawberry flavored) and the prenatal probiotic. Something I appreciate about the DHA especially is the fact that itâs flavored and I donât get the typical fishy burps when taking a fish oil supplement. Even though itâs strawberry flavored, I donât even get strawberry burps. Something else thatâs interesting is that usually urine will turn bright neon yellow from taking prenatal vitamins, but that doesnât happen with mamas select vitamins. Itâs comforting to know that what Iâm taking is high quality and itâs what baby needs. The only thing is the DHA supplement does stick together, but itâs not usually a problem since a quick shake breaks them up.
