These stay on, even on my tiny hands, and are a huge improvement over holding an ice pack to my thumb. However, I strongly suggest wearing gloves while you use these. My pinky was getting numb without it. Your mileage may vary, but it’s still plenty cold with a knit glove on!Update 6/2/23:I realized this morning that one glove is really super cold, and the other…not so much. I feel like I got an uneven pair…I was doing 20 minutes on, 40 minutes off when this dawned on me, because I rotate between packs to give them time to get cold again.Anyway, I called Amazon and I’m going to basically swap them out for another pair (I ordered it again and will return the original pair) and hopefully the new pair will be more even. ð¤ð»ð¤ð»ð¤ð»I hope so, because I love these.

Excellent cold therapy (but size is small)
I have had many cold therapy products in the past, and the ones that always work the best and hold the cold the best are those that are malleable with gel. These are terrific. My only critique is that I have what I would consider to be an average size hand, and these work but could be a bit bigger even for me. The Velcro strap that wraps around the wrist to hold it tight really aids in getting the cold to the wrist as well as the fingers. But, again, if my hand were larger, it wouldn’t work.
