Easy to take, nice to have vegan gummies

These taste great and help with regulation. However, I did notice I get much more bloated and gassy while taking them. I was taking it consistently for two months and was bloated and extra gassy the whole time. Once I stopped, I was no longer bloated and gassy but that might just be the nature of fiber. Otherwise it really helped with regulating

Less than a month taking them…
It’s been less than a month taking these fiber gummies and to be honest, I do not notice much of difference. I take two every morning on an empty stomach with water–as if they were pills. No difference in my gut health. I will give it another month before I reassess my future purchases.

Great fiber supplement
These gummies are a great fiber supplement. The fiber source is blue agave, which is a source of soluble fiber. I began taking these as I had slightly higher cholesterol than I wanted. I haven’t had a blood test yet, but these help with digestion and keeping things “regular” without discomfort. I started with one per night, and then gradually increased to three per night. They do make me a teeny bit gassy, but not painful or the kind that makes you all bloated and distended. Just a little tooty. I take these at night and take psyllium husk in the morning.
