Dosage says 3 capsules but I think there’s should be a variation beginning with 1. I have somewhat of a blockage from a surgery and nothing else has worked. After about 3-4 hours of taking the dosage, about a weeks worth of build up-I’ve been eating a lighter diet because of my issue-began flowing and kept on for a few hours. After an hour, it turned liquid and then absolutely uncontrollable. It did what I wanted it to do but maybe a little over the top. No cramping, just rumbly tummy. I got really thirsty as it was draining me!
