A Must Have Product if you are taking GLP-1âs
After being recommended MAG-07 by a friend who was also using GLP-1 injections for weight loss, I decided to give it a try. The injections/medication had caused constipation and a condition where food remains in the lower bowels. Despite trying various laxatives and increasing my dietary fiberâincluding soluble fiberâI had little success. This product does what it says itâs gonna do and like clockwork!! I take it at the same time every evening after my last meal has settle and every morning I do not leave the house because at around the same time every day like clockwork my bowels are moving. I also drink Citrucel everyday so these two combined is a total cleanse regularly. Before taking my stomach was hard and felt bloated and after the very first night of use I had immediate relief. I am pleased with this product. I started with the 14 day to see how it worked. This is now my go to when I feel I need a detox.

I love these because they work so well. Once you start taking these you have to figure out your magic number for the best movement (bowel movement that is). My magic number is 4. No cramping, no upset stomach just take them before bed and once you wake up and start moving around, it’s showtime! Drink plenty of water with them so that you can get the best results and that’s it. The recommeded 64 oz of water per day is enough. You don’t have to drink a gallon of water for it to work. I am using a different brand called Tummy Focus (only because the lady I follow promoted Mag07 in the past but now has her own line of supplements so I thought hers would be just as good or better.) and I cant wait to finish them so I can order so more Mag07 because it’s way better! (Yes, I’m using them because I don’t like to waste my money).

EDIT: I decided to give this another shot and not was that a bad idea. I took the 3 pills, and the next day saw less results, and followed it up again the next night. Again little results, and seemed like I wasnât going more than norm, only now it was completely liquid when I did. I took again and woke up feeling really nauseous and cramping. This lasted all day with only one bowel movement. Come evening the cramping was still present and I was so nauseous. I had a date and was barely able to make it through. I did not take the pills that night as the cramping and nausea was so bad I had to lay in bed and just ended up trying to sleep it off at a brisk 8pm⦠The following morning I needed to go immediately upon waking, and noticed the nausea subsided, but the cramping had returned and felt like the pain radiated from my stomach to back, and was extremely painful. All the days plans had to be canceled, and took another 24 hours to feel better.I bought after reading the many good reviews, and having suffered from a week and a half of really bad constipation I was really hoping this would help me clear out what wasnât coming out naturally.I followed the instructions of taking at night. The following morning I first awoke to pee â I drank a lot of water the night before to hopefully get the best results, but when I tried to go back to bed after peeing, I started having really intense stomach cramps, and had a sudden urge to go. The overall experience was a bit disappointing, as I was expecting to go a lot with no pain as mentioned â however, there wasnât much more than usual, only this time it was liquid and burned. This routine of cramping and liquid burning followed about 3-4 times throughout the day. Luckily every trip was pretty quick, as I was scared of being trapped in the bathroom, and also able to be held in until I used a bathroom which was also another concern.Overall the level of cramping all day followed by small movements makes me rethink completing the full 10 days.

This product was recommended to me by my gastroenterology provider to help maintain regulatory. I did not use it for a cleanse. So cannot attest to its abilities in that area. But it is working fine with my other meds in helping my regulatory. I have had no side effects, plan to continue using it, and would recommend it to others.
