I have insomnia so I thought I would try this rather than sleeping pills. It has 3 layers one to relax, one to fall asleep and one to keep you asleep. It does the job. I take this and I get a decent night sleep. It works for me…

Time release melatonin
Regular melatonin doesn’t work for me as I wake up in the middle of the night. The time release helps to ensure i get a full nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Be Careful
These worked, a little too well. When I take one I will sleep for 16 hours if my alarm doesn’t go off (because the power went out). If I take one and my alarm does go off I’m still a bit groggy all day which is unfortunate. However, the more you take synthetic melatonin the less your body produces naturally and it creates a vicious dependency cycle. I used for about three weeks hoping it could get me on a better sleep schedule, instead when I stopped taking them I stopped sleeping completely. I think these may be good for occasional sleep issues, but I wouldn’t recommend long term. Now I’ve got to figure something else out. Oh, one last thing- they smell like dog poop and they make your hands smell too. If you hold your breath when you pop one in it’s fine. Then just wash your hands. That was a rough lesson to learn lol.

Excelentemente efectivo y eficaz
Desde que comencé mis 50 años y comencé a padecer menopausia estoy padeciendo de un insomnio horrible. DormÃa solo 3 horas y me la pasaba con dolor de cabeza, taquicardias y mareos. Compré ésta melatonina de 10 mg. para ayudarme a dormir mejor. Yo trabajo de noche y duermo de dÃa. Llegé a las 8:30 am a mi casa de trabajar, y como no trabajaba la siguiente noche decidà probar la melatonina esta, me tomé la melatonina y luego de un baño de agua tibia y ya en 30 minutos tenÃa sueño. Me acosté a dormir a las 9:00am y me levanté a las 11:00pm. Dormà 14 horas lo que nunca en mi vida. Luego el próximo dÃa para dormir partà la tableta por la mitad y al tomarme la mitad dormà 8 horas corridas sin interrupción. Sinceramente altamente recomendado, sin duda alguna lo seguiré comprando y consumiendo.

Terrible Substitute
For several years now I keep waking up at 2:00 a.m. My doctor prescribed Xanax and it helps put me back to sleep but I’m a zombie the next day. I hate using Xanax but I know I must rest. By accident I stumbled on a product called REMfresh and for the first time in years I was able to sleep past 2:00 a.m. and awaken at 5:00 a.m. To my panicked surprise Amazon stopped selling REMfresh so I did some researching and found out Nestle purchased REMfresh, IB Guard and one other company. I called Nestle to find out when they are restocking REMfresh only to be told they’ve discontinued it and instead are replacing it with Sleep 3. I read the label of this new product so I ordered it. It does not work as advertised. On the days I used this product I had trouble falling asleep (which is never a problem for me) and then I woke up at 2:00 a.m. again. It’s a terrible substitute and did not work for me. I’ve gone back to Nestle asking them to please produce REMfresh again but so far it’s on deaf ears. I so so hoped Sleep 3 would work but, sadly, it does not.
