I like the options this DVD provides. You can watch a video about an hour long with a variety of relaxing scenes. I was most interested in the option to have one of three scenes displayed on your screen for 10 minutes. I want to use this option to add an atmosphere to my room when I invite others in. I have recently redecorated a room in my house and I was trying to decide what I would display on my screen to enhance my entertainment center. Now, Iâve found it and I love it!

Relaxing Zen Moment with Nature
I needed to find a way to chill at home and have a quit meditation zen moment. It may not exactly be like going up to the mountains for some me time. But it’s quick and I don’t have to contend with traffic.
