tastes good, works fast, but if you use it every night it works less and less strongly. I had to stop using diphenhydramine, which, now that I’m three years clean never really made me feel “sleepy” so much as hypnotized and euphoric. I now buy this for my parents but use delta 8 myself, same problem, can’t use it every day, though I did for a year and ended up takes 4 times the dose, and have to go without for 20+ days to get back to baseline. and basically lose a night’s sleep until I’m deliriously exhausted for a day and THEN I sleep naturally which was what I was doing all the time before sleep meds. it’s not that bad. but better than just never sleeping. I guess there’s no real perfect solution, but at least this product and delta 8 are non-habit forming and have no noticeable side effects in the long term (3 years for both) and my parents turn 80 this year. so it’s good for the elderly.

I have taken this for years. I have chronic sleep issues and it is the best stuff ever and the most natural that I can find I did not want âmedicationâ. This is a natural substance that helps me fall asleep naturally like my body would. I tell all my friends and family as a matter of fact anyone I meet that mentions having sleep issues I have bought it for them and they have bought it for themselves Iâve never seen someone not continue taking it. I cannot say enough about this product! And no Iâm not being paid even though I feel like Iâm a spokes person for them lol. I will say just a word of advice it does help you fall asleep and as long as something doesnât wake you you will remain asleep however if something wakes you up you might have to take another one to fall back to sleep . For this reason I generally take one and see if I can go to sleep if so I have that second one to take in the event I wake up during the night because of my dog or something. The dosage is two tablets. I would say the only other thing it is pricey. I would love for them to be able to come down on their prices however itâs hard to put a price on a good nights sleep.

Husband and I both tried it on separate occasions, and we both woke up after three to four hours and had a very difficult time getting back to sleep. I only took one tablet (instead of two, as suggested), but it made me feel imbalanced (i.e., under the influence). My husband tried it twice. I can’t go to sleep without this product
I really like the flavor and have grown used to taking it nightly before I go to sleep. I pop it into my mouth about 30 minutes before I want to sleep and sure enough, I get drowsy 30 minutes later.
