Catches the clippings
I have had the same nail clippers for 20 years but I wanted a second set that also caught the clippings. These work great & was so excited that the toenail clipper caught the clippings as well. Theyâre super sharp & make a clean cut. Iâm a nail clipper snob these fit the bill!

They cut thick toenails very well
My toenails are pretty thick and the lever on cheap toenail clippers just bends without clipping my toenail, so I was on the hunt for a better clipper. After a good bit of searching, I landed on these.These things cut through my toenails like nothing. They’re very stout and rigid and , when in use, bend not at all. They’ll cut through your nails too, i can all but guarantee.Yes they are very sharp. Ive seen a few reviews complaining about their sharpness. I don’t know what these people are doing with their clippers but these aren’t any more dangerous than any other clippers. Be careful with alignment and put them away after use… like any tool. The sharpness yields clean cuts.The file…. is okay. It does the job – the cut is almost too clean and the nail edge can use some rounding afterwards, not much unlike any clippers – but they’re a little awkward to use, on the back side of the clippers as they’re positioned. But it works for me just fine, and if you want a proper nail file, you’re never going to find it attached to a fingernail clipper in the first place.

They’re very sharp!
These are good clippers if you don’t mind the big black plastic part that supposedly catch the finger nails clipped. I personally didn’t like the plastic part so I removed it. The plastic part does have a metal file piece on it if that’s important to you. The clippers are sharp as h***! The smaller ones are shaped a little differently than normal clippers, but it doesn’t really change anything as far as I can tell.. I don’t use the big one. You probably won’t need it either unless you have giant toe nails as tough as a tractor tire. I do like the size and the oversized lever. Makes them a little easier to use than standard clippers. If you buy these, be very careful when you first use them. They grab skin very easily and are extremely sharp, but they’re nice once you get used to using them. The plastic part can be removed by sliding the clipper forward a little and lift it out.

I like that they actually work the way that clippers are supposed to work! The cut the nail and not chew it like cheap clippers usually do. I like the feature of having the nail clippings go into the clipper to be disposed of into the trash once you are finished clipping your nails. Also these clippers fit nicely onto your key chain. I just bought a set for my son and will buy some for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas.Oh! Forgot to mention the nail file is great as well!! Very stylish!

The green ones clips and looks great
Works as described. It looks nice in green, and it’s sharp, too. It also catches the clipped nails perfectly. There is a large clipper for the toes and small clippers for the fingers. The metal box that came in was a bit dented, but I don’t plan on keeping the metal box, so not a big deal.
