Good Coffee + Good Book = Perfect Day –
A must-have for a regular nighttime routine.
I love the Murad skincare line. Skin feels nourished and soft; the serums, lotions and creams absorb quickly and feel soothing as they’re massaged into the face and neck. My skin is super sensitive, especially to retinol products; the Murad line goes on easy without any issues/irritability.

Serums are one of those things I question. Do we need them as well as a moisturiser? Well, no harm in trying, is there?I like this. In fact I like the Murad range. Nice pump , but don’t make a full one unless you plan to put it over your neck aswell. It glides on and is absorbed really quickly. With a light moisturiser over the top, I feel like my skin is not oversaturated. In fact, I feel like my skin has had a drink without becoming overloaded and feels nicer and plumper afterwards. The only thing I don’t like about this is the scent, which reminds me faintly of the famous eau de toilette 4711. But stronger, in fact, for my liking the scent is a bit too strong. With a nice sized bottle this will last for ages.As a P.S. I would just like to add that I have not long ago finished this in October. that’s 6 months worth in the bottle. Amazing!

My girlfriend was impressed with this serum – very pleasant to apply, she immediately felt her skin tightening and, over a few days, becoming noticeably smoother. It is always difficult to evaluate such products and, at £65 a bottle, it is certainly not cheap. But it you can afford it, Murad Retinol Youth Serum is certainly worth a try. No, it does not contain the secret of eternal youth but it is a quality product that certainly seems to be effective in smoothing out some of those wrinkles.
Zipster Zeus –
Murad is a supremely reliable brand- pricey but you get a top quality product and I think, noticeable effectiveness. It applies a treat and has a pleasant, understated fragrance making it ideal for everyday use. The lotion makes your skin feel immediately revitalised and freshened and is supplied by a pump dispenser which means you can easily regulate how much you use, and with this serum a little does go a long way. The whole packaging has an air of clinical efficiency, which probably sums up Murad products nicely. An expensive product that needs a sterling resolve to invest in, but if you do so I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This serum comes in a pump dispenser bottle that is easy to use and works well, no blockages and 1-2 pumps is just the right amount of serum. It goes on well and absorbs easily leaving my skin feeling soft and looking refreshed. The instructions say to use it at night with a light moisturiser on top. I’m not convinced that its improved my wrinkles and lines but it certainly seems to look more radiant in the morning, having only used this serum for a couple of weeks its hard to tell. As only a small amount is needed for each application the 30ml bottle should last a while.
