Not heavy, and I love that
This mung bean serum disappears into my skin leaving no oily or tacky residue, but my skin feels hydrated. I haven’t had any breakouts since starting this- which is a big deal for me, because I will 99 percent of the time breakout when I try a new skincare product.I’ve been using it for about a month now my skin feels good, I can’t say I can see a difference, but I’m honestly really bad at noticing things regarding my own self, but my family has said I look refreshed so I’m going to say it’s working.The only thing I wish were different was the fragrance. It’s pretty strong to me, I’m not a big fan of fragrant skincare. But, I like the way it makes my skin feel so much that I’m dealing with the smell. But, it’s something to note if smell is something that would be a deal breaker. I’ll be restocking when I run out of this one. A little goes a long way, my bottle still has a few months left in it.

Hydrated and with a pleasant scent
I haven’t tried this unusual ingredient ever, so I was interested in ordering this Mung Bean Serum. It has a big special aroma, like a floral scent but I can not tell what it is, for sure it’s not a smell of tea tree oil. Luckily it smells pleasant. The texture of this serum is a more liquidly gel. It’s lightweight and easy for the skin to absorb after a few circling motions. My skin feels moist and smooth, no greasy. Even the next day after applying, I still feel hydrated. I haven’t experienced any irritation or allergy after almost two months of use. It provides good enough moisture, but this serum is more suitable for youth skin, to me personally. For this result with this decent price, I will give it 5 stars.

Light and Penetrates Quickly.
With an open mind, I wanted to try this Korean Vegan Serum. I knew that Mung Beans are fantastic for one’s health, but of course, ingesting and topical application, are too very separate subjects. First, like with any new skincare product, I did a 24hr. patch test. Wonderful, no adverse reaction. With a very clean face, the serum goes on smoothly and feels comfortable after application. Not gummy or sticky on my fingertips. It penetrates pretty quickly, liking it so far. So, I wanted to know more about it.I did do a little research on it. Not a lot of information out there about it. But I did find out, a 4-week study of 31 participants was done using Mung bean facemask, and the results were, the faces of the participants became whiter with reduced wrinkles and increased moisture content. This was located on the gov. website for the National Institutes of Health, National Library of Medicine.Honestly, I haven’t used it for very long, maybe about 3 weeks. And it’s so hard to say, it’s only the one skincare product one tries, that makes the complete difference. Because even the foundation makeup I use is supposed to have beneficial ingredients. BUT when I introduce a new skincare product to my routine and then start to have negative reaction that’s when I base it on the new product. With that said, with this one, it’s going well. I like it and will continue to use it in my skincare routine.

A nice light serum
I do love me some Korean skincare. I’ve been so curious to try all the things I come across that I had no idea could be beneficial to the skin. I like how the description states the potential detox capabilities, which I would appreciate and benefit from. It is light and fast absorbing, just as it states. I like to use this as one step in a multi step skincare routine (not always the same). I like it and would shop with this brand again.
