This did not work for me. I’m 50, white, and exercise moderately. Got zero noticeable results after a moth of use. Did not curb appetite at all either. The one positive I can say is they taste good.

It does suppress my appetite. Too soon to tell about weight loss. Only a 4 star because the gummyâs are not soft. Theyâre kinda thick chewy. Donât taste the apple. But Iâm encouraged with these.
