Love it!
I had 3 stents placed after a nuclear stress test, so I had to quit smoking immediately! I already had a similar breathing necklace but lost it. This one is so much nicer and comes with 2 pretty chains. This necklace is helping with withdrawals from smoking!

Not a substitute for vaping
This works fine for what itâs intended for, mindful breathing etc. But it is not a substitute for the mouth feel of vaping. There is no resistance to the airflow & to adjustment to change that. Itâs just a tube with a mouth piece.

Just wasnât for me
I may not have been using this right- then again how hard could it be- but this didnt do anything for me. No sensation of replacing- which is probably a me problem. I just couldnât get my head and the thing to collaborate properly. It just didnt work for me- but i hope it helps with others!

Laughable
This is one of those things you buy just because you want to see just what it is. Well, I will say it is made very well, it is round and air goes through it, it has 2 chains one that is made for you to wear as a necklace and one to wear as a bracelet. As for the quit smoking hack, NOT going to archive that unless your already in that mind frame. Blowing air through a straw would work better.
