Best Mascara Ever!
I don’t much in the way of lashes, and what I do have are light. My lashes have always done best with a thick brush and Milani Highly Rated Mascara has a thick brush. It fills in my lashes and makes it look like they are long and thick. I have tried a lot of mascaras trying to find just the right one, and this one is it!

No more raccoon eyes!
I have extremely oily skin – no combination of products has ever kept me oil free. Because of this mascaras always give me bad raccoon eyes, even waterproof. With this I am raccoon eye free ALL DAY.Recently I wore this on a trip from Las Vegas to Miami and once I reached my hotel and checked the mirror it was still perfectly intact.Occasionally there’s a little flaking, but it’s easy to brush away and won’t ruin the rest of your makeup.Recommend 100000%.

Looks Natural, Easy Application, A Necessity!
I always need eyebrows. My Aunt, back in the day, use to pluck me thin and almost bald. Plus, now with age, I find my eyebrows must have surrendered because they will NOT grow back in spots, and especially I have no tails. I have tried almost everything on the market. I saw this pencil being used by a makeup artist on You Tube and thought why not? I figured I had been disappointed before. My graveyard makeup drawer is testimony to this fact. Therefore, I was not expecting much from this product. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I used this pencil. Now I will not go out without it. I purchased this in their darkest brown shade. It is so easy to apply. The precision tip lets you get as artistic as you need without being a makeup pro. My brows finally look naturally full againâfor the first time in years. I am thrilled about having natural looking tails to my eyebrows again. Gone is the punctuation mark look above my eyes . The added brush at the other end is also handyâalthough, I would much prefer a second pencil of product in its spot. Which brings me to my only drawback about this pencil. I feel as if this pencil is not going to last very long before it runs outâespecially with daily application. A second pencil, instead of the supplied brush, would be great for fill in. And letâs face itâmost of us have brow brushesâ many of which can be resurrected from the makeup graveyard drawer. Other than this usage concern, I plan on keeping one of these great, easy to apply, and natural looking pencils on hand from this brand.

Mascara reviewWHAT I WANT IN A MASCARA: happy with my lash length, I just want a mascara that holds a curl and doesnât smudge. Also easy to take off.REVIEW: Application matters. Donât wiggle the wand at the base or apply thick coats, unless youâre looking to resemble Yzma from Emperorâs New Groove. I recommend light application to just the tips, wait to dry, and add a little to the rest. I tested the longevity of this from 9am application to 5pm. No smudges, and the curl held! Also washes off easily with warm water.Great price, cruelty-free, new favorite mascara.

A capricious mascara! I think at first you won’t like it because it’s too wet and makes one big eyelash. If you manage to dry it and bring it to the right condition, you’ll be delighted. It paints perfectly, brightly and at the same time it’s washed off with warm water. This is the main quality because of which I still use it. After using it, you won’t have dark streaks under your eyes!

Long-lashed users beware!
I have naturally long lashes, but theyâre pretty straight so I do like the mascara effect. The problem is that for the life of me I cannot find a mascara that doesnât either flake all over or give me raccoon eyes within 2 hours of wear. I donât know how it could be user error causing this issue, but with all my searching over the years itâs beginning to feel like it.This is the first tubing mascara Iâve tried. I tend to stick to waterproof mascara in the hopes that itâll stay put (even though it never does), but this mascara was specifically recommended by several people saying it doesnât smudge everywhere. I wasnât totally a little hopeful, since it would be nice to have a functional mascara that I donât have to work so hard to remove.I wasnât totally in love with the application in the first placeâthe length of my lashes makes it really easy for mascara to turn them spidery if itâs not a volumizing formula, and I believe thatâs what the tubing effect started to do to mine, so I only applied a light coat.What do I see rained down under my eyes when I look in the mirror 5 hours later? Little tube specks of this stuff everywhere. So frustrating. Iâm so careful to never touch my eyes when Iâm wearing makeup, but this is an eternal struggle anyway. I donât see myself ever reaching for this product again.

Looks great and the easiest to remive
Compared to 5 tubing mascaras Iâve tried Milani is the only easy to remove no smudging mascara out there.Iâve tried Panda, Blink, Maybelle, LâOréal, & Milani.I just use warm water and gently remove the mascara with my finger tips.

wet to begin with, but overall a good choice
the formula is pretty wet, but it gives really nice length and fullness to lashes. i recommend only applying to the mids/tips of the lashes and curling them to begin with. it removes easily with warm water as a tubing mascara should, and stays nicely throughout the day. overall a good mascara that id recommend!

Una de las mejores que he probado, sino es que la mejor por, el precio. La compre por el aplicador y por ser cruelty-free, no me esperaba que le diera tanto volumen a mis 3 pestañas cortas, fui la penultima en la reparticion de pestañas y aun asi hizo magia, dura mucho, es mas o menos el efecto que conseguia con la Voluminous de L’oreal, me encantaba pero no es marca cruelty free, despues probe la de Better than sex, buenisima y cruelty free, pero cara. Esta es como esas dos pero mejor precio y la consigues en amazon. El tubo se siente super bien, de buena calidad y pesadito, esta bonito negro con estrellas, es un buen plus. La formula no se corre, yo tengo los parpados extra grasosos y me gusto, es formula un poco seca pero es la que funciona mejor para mis. Yo no uso mucho rimmel porque me empiezan a incomodar, no se siente incomoda ni nada pesada, con muchos otros cuando el rimel me empieza a incomodar me lo empiezo a tratando de arrancar con los dedos (eso no es por lo que tengo pocas pestañas, asi naci), pero no me paso con esta porque no se siente. Es facil de lavar tambien. La recomiendo.

I waited over a month fir this mascara and never usually sway from my old faithful Mascara, but thought I would try it. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money! It’s thick, clumpy, has massive fallout and does NOT give you volume or length. Fortunately for me I have natural long eyelashes so with Mascara, it looks like I’m wearing false eyelashes. I’ll stick to MF ….. don’t waste your money
