Headache and Migraine Relief – Finally, natural drug free relief for headaches and migraines that actually works! This migraine ice head wrap offers 360 degrees of coverage to completely envelop your head in an icy cocoon of coolness and compression.
Cold Or Hot Therapy – Form-fitting gel migraine hat can be frozen for cold therapy or microwaved for heated therapy. Directly targets problematic areas like the temples, forehead, sides, back of the neck and eyes. Soft and comfortable with no unnecessary pressure.
One size fits most – One-piece wrap design offers soothing positive compression to alleviate pounding headaches and debilitating migraine flare ups. The natural snug fit of the migraine hat allows you to relax without worrying about it sliding off.
Freezes Fast, Stays Cold Longer – Medical grade inner gel material freezes in just an hour and stays cold longer than traditional ice packs. If you need longer continuous relief, be sure to purchase two or more so you’ll always have one to use and one ready to go.
Dark Light-Blocking Eye Cover – Includes a built-in eye ice pack section at the bottom of the migraine cap to target puffy eyes or cluster headaches localized behind the eye. Light-blocking design delivers blackout effects without needing to close the curtains.

The best
Bought 2pk for wife and myself and we absolutely LOVE these. Love the gel like hat and love how it feels when microwaved for 45 sec. Helps sinus pain ir headache and ears and eyes and even reaches part of neck. It doesn’t stay hot for that long but just microwave again. Haven’t tryed it cold but when it was delivered and it was cold out it was cold enough to use and felt great. Like other reviews I wouldn’t leave long in freezer and probably leaving in fridge is just cold enough. Even heating it just to relax feels great. I hate those things you have to put packs in. This us one nice fellow hat and so easy. It doesn’t gave gel on top head but it covers enough where it will help your head no matter what. BUY IT don’t hesitate. Oh it doesn’t smell at all hot or cold. And it is thick. Made very well.

Perfect âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
Bought this for my unmedicated (by choice) pregnancy migraines.Design: Iâm usually very finicky about having things on my head. The material is very comfortable- enough for me to wear it all night without it bothering me. It also covers my eyes which blocks any light and reliefs my eye pain.Size: the sizing was perfect for me. I believe it would fit fine on most adults. Maybe not so much on kids.Smell: okay – it smells like chemicals fresh out the bag but it airs out fairly quickly. Just open it and leave it out when you first receive it.Works well: I tried it in the freezer and refrigerator. The cooling effect lasted longer when I left it in the refrigerator but I enjoyed it more when I left it in freezer. Iâll be buying a second one so I can switch them throughout the night.

Definitely worth trying!
I got it on a whim because I could feel the start of a migraine and didn’t think to look closely at the description. I thought I was getting one that did not have a top, which is fine but a bit annoying if you are a bun person, which I am. Overall – it did help and was worthwhile to try out. It will help to counteract any tension/pressure from the headache but it won’t eliminate it.Still a nifty thing to have – feels great and allows for a variety of methods in tackling those bothersome headaches.

Amazing for Concussion & Regular Headaches
I purchased this in a desperate attempt to relieve the crushing 24/7 concussion headache at the base of my skull and around both sides of the back of my head. My neurologist directed me to stop taking OTC meds and I canât tolerate the usual RX options. Regular ice packs felt good but wouldnât stay in place or cover the full area. They were also crunchy and didnât maintain the right temperature. The heating pad didnât mold to my head, had wires to deal with and keeps me stuck lying in bed. Then I remembered these warm/cold caps from previous research for my regular chronic headaches around my eyes and forehead. Decided to give it a shot!Because itâs been hot here, I have only used the cold so far and LOVE IT! It has helped the concussion headache so much. The effect doesnât last too long once I take it off, but at least I can get a couple hours of relief at a time which is glorious. Itâs extremely comfortable, molds perfectly to my head, has the exact right level of coolness, and I can walk around and do my thing while itâs on. I want to wear it all the time, itâs that good! If I need to sit and rest my eyes from the very, very bright concussion light, I can pull it down over my eyes for black-out, coolness and light pressure. The warm/cold is all the way around the head except for a small area at the crown which is just fabric. There isnât a ponytail hole that other products have. It is very, very soft – both the fabric itself and the padding with the gel inside, not crunchy or stiff like other reusable ice packs. It completely molds to your head, but not in a tight, constricting way (I have a big head for a woman, lots of hair and most regular hats are too tight for me). The cap is heavier than youâd think, which I think makes it even more comfortable and soothing. Thereâs a bit of a weighted blanket effect, and the cold/pressure combo is a good sensory tool for me.Itâs ready to wear after 45-60 minutes in the freezer and will last up to 2 hours, with less coolness for another hour (meaning not cold to the touch, but kind of like a cool pillowcase).I immediately ordered a second one so I can rotate in/out of the freezer, a third one for my sister who has chronic migraines to try, and recommended it to all my friends who struggle with headaches AND those who use ice on the head or cold water on hands as a sensory interruptor for themselves or their neurodivergent kids to re-regulate in moments of high stress.Clearly, I HIGHLY recommend it and the price point is great!

Super happy with these
These are fantastic! They stay cold for a long time and are very comfortable. I like that itâs a pack of two so you can swap them out if you need to wear for longer. I use these for sinus pain and they are very effective at relieving the throbbing. There is a soft fabric part at the top of the head for easy fitting and I find them very comfortable to wear with the right amount of pressure. They are very stretchy but fit snug. They come with a plastic bag for storage in the freezer, I donât have any issues, as others have mentioned, of the hat absorbing smells from the freezer. I spent a long time deciding which one to get and am so happy I chose this one. Good quality fabric and fast delivery.

Okay
I was really hopeful for this as I get headaches often. If I put it in the fridge it doesn’t get cold enough and if I put it jn the freezer it is too cold, but doesn’t stay cold for long. I think it sits a little weird around the eyes. It helps with some relief but not as much as I was wanting.

Le casque aide vraiment a soulager les migraines

Works great! If you keep it in the freezer all the time leave it out for a few minutes before putting it on or your forehead gets too cold – otherwise it works super well can get rid of my bad headaches without medication

Love this one.

I have a huge head, and it’s a bit small for me as standard. However, if you’re careful and leave some material away from the seam, you can cut the top panel out (contains none of the gel pads) which slightly reduces the pressure on smaller heads but lets it fit mine perfectly. Easy to use, comfortable, and seems to be good quality.
