Heating Instructions
Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Add increments of 20 seconds if necessary.Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 15 minutes minimum, for 30 seconds.Heating times are based on a 1000-Watt microwave. Please adjust accordingly. Do Not Overheat!Heat therapy duration: 15-25 minutes.
Additional Heating Tips
Do not wash or wet the wrap. If it gets dirty, simply clean it with disinfectant wipes. Make sure that the wrap is clean and dry before heating it in the microwave. Place the wrap on a clean dry plate. Make sure that the wrap is folded so it does not touch the sides of the microwave.

Works well + smells good!
This heating pad smells good and stays hot for a while. I like how it is sectioned so all the insides donât go to one side, they are all evenly distributed. It works well and helps with pain from menstrual cramps. It is very easy to use, you just pop it in the microwave. I think it is worth it for the money.

I need to order a 2nd!!I got this for my daughter & I to share, but we both love it so much we need another! The weight is nicely distributed & sewn in place so it doesn’t shift to the sides. Quick to microwave for moist heat, appropriate weight, and relaxing scents.She’s not hit teen years/later puberty yet (a classic tween), but she does get frequent tummy cramps. She ADORES this – I’d recommend highly for any young girl/teen dealing with abdominal comfort. She loves the scent and will inhale it deeply once it cools down a bit (then request it reheated).On the other hand, I have surgically-induced early menopause but deal with abdominal scar tissue pains and other cramps (e.g., from gas, tension, etc.) This is by FAR the best heating pad I have used!! For all the same reasons my daughter loves it. Note:The scent is light, not overwhelming, which is very nice if you’re like me and don’t love strong scents and/or lavender. It definitely adds to the overall comfort provided, though.A MUST-HAVE for ALL variety of aches! I haven’t used it for injuries yet, but I don’t doubt it’s very helpful for those, too.

I love this thing!! Struggling with migraines in pregnancy it has been my best friend. It is great quality, soft, and holds heat well. The different materials on either side are nice to change the amount of heat you want to feel. The smell is delightful and I would recommend this to anyone looking for one! Only thing I would change is I wish it were a bit longer, so that it would stay in place just a bit better.

Channeling Nice; Some Nice Features, But Expensive
I think the people in the photos are small human beings — the pack is not as big as I was expecting. Still, I like the channeling, which keeps the warmth consistent throughout and keeps the bag in place. It doesn’t stay hot very long, but usually long enough for me to get relief and fall asleep. The gray side is very soft but beware the white side — it is way too rough for delicate, post-surgery skin. I wish both sides were the gray velvet. The “instructions” were confusing. Eight different products listed with different heating instructions, but nowhere could I find, on my product in-hand or in the Amazon listing, which of the various product types I was holding. However, 90 seconds in my microwave seemed to work. I say the following neutrally because I am not sure if it is good or bad: the pad is strangely moist when heated, though my microwave is dry and I apply no moisture to the pad. This pack was fully three times more expensive than the two rice bags I already had. It does have nice features, but I am not sure it is worth all the extra money.

Works great!
I bought this to replace an old aromatherapy heating pad that was simply a rectangle filled with seeds. The ribbed construction on this one is far superior! The filling stays where it should, making it much easier to position and much more comfortable. It heated rapidly so do be careful not to overheat it. I had to wrap it in a towel when I had heated it too much. A minute worked well for me. I love the scent, but I imagine some might find it cloying. Great product and I would buy it again.

Exactly what I wanted
This is exactly what I wanted. It has such a nice calming scent. I wanted the one by Sonoma but didn’t want to pay $50 for it. This one smells just as nice and heats up quick!

White, cotton side burned, has brown scorch marks. Later broke open in microwave and spilled everywhere when removed. Mess
The white cotton side burned in the microwave. Two hours later I heated it again in microwave and it broke open. It left a mess of rice all over microwave, floor and stove and it looks like something inside the product melted – like the fabric? Glad it wasn’t on my skin when it happened. I cannot go into kitchen to heat another pad or get a drink until noon tomorrow when my helper can come and clean up the mess. Will return as soon as I find a box. This is really bad.I don’t know if you are supposed to mist it to moisten. I have several other rice pads but they have never burned, although at times there is a burnt rice smell. The lavender scent is nice and strong. My husband asked what was burning. You need to leave these items in the microwave for 3 minutes at least to get hot and stay hot for a reasonable time, so don’t say it should have only heated for 90 seconds, as it would never get hot and who wants to stand in front of the microwave forever. I will keep it.

I get cold feet at night so I bought this to keep everything a little warmer. If I had my time back, I might have bought something a little bigger but this gets the job done and lasts a fairly long time so I’m satisfied.

J’ai acheté cet article afin de soulager mes douleurs de dos/cervicales. Lors des premières utilisations, l’odeur et la chaleur ont un effet fort relaxant. Néanmoins, l’odeur disparaît quasiment après une quinzaine de réchauffés et les grains à l’intérieur commencent à sortir. Malgré tout, cet article garde bien la chaleur et est relativement doux.
