This razor is 4-5 stars after the seller fixed the issue
First the good:I use this razor a few times a week and while not nearly as close as a blade, it does a good job especially for the price. I only charged it once and it has lasted a long time on that charge. I’m able to get a decent shave, even on my head, fairly quickly. Although the body is kind of cheap plastic the quality seems pretty solid for an inexpensive razor.Now the bad:There’s only one but it’s a big one. I noticed that the charge was down to about 20% so I plugged it in using the cord that came with it. It started charging and I walked away, I assumed it was done a couple hours later and unplugged it and put it away. The next time I used it I saw it was still at 20%. I plugged it in and saw it start to charge and a few seconds later stop. I tried a couple more times and it won’t charge. I’ll see if a different cord will work but if not then the razor will be useless in a few weeks.Maybe I got a defective one but be careful.Update: the seller contacted me and when I explained the issue they offered to send me a new razor. I received it and it charges fine so far. As long as there are no other problems then I recommend this razor if you are looking for an affordable electric razor.

Good quality product. Does the job. Dry shave, wet shave all good! Nice for keeping the beard close.A blade is closer, but the shaver is good for an everyday shave.

Great inexpensive razor!!!
I wanted to try an electric razor. But I did not want to invest a lot of money into one, so I thought I’d try a less expensive one to get started.But here’s the thing: this is so good, I can’t see needing to buy a better one. It does a great job, the battery life is great, it’s easy to clean. It makes a comfortable shave and does not irritate my face. It is one of the best things I have purchased all year.

Shaver requires multiple passes to get a good smooth shave. I would not recommend this shaver to a person with heavy facial hair, even with pre-shave splash it requires heavy pressure to shave.Rotary rpm should be faster.

Even though I haven’t had it for a long time yet, so far I think that this is the best shaver I’ve ever had by far and I’ve had many. It shaves better than my previous one which I paid almost 3 times as much for. Plus it clearly indicates how much battery life there is left. The only drawback is the instruction booklet which has very small fonts making it very difficult to read for a senior. I had to scan it and then blow it up on the computer to read it. And the red shaver diagram has poor contrast making that difficult to see as well. Poor instructions seem to be a growing trend nowadays. However, the shaver itself is more than worth the price.

To date one of the best electric shavers that I have owned/used and one of the least costly. Good ergonomics, easy to hold, use and clean. Exceptionally quiet motor. Useful graduated power remaining indicator. Well made product with good accessories in sturdy, classy presentation packaging. USB charging far more convenient/flexible than anticipated. Simple convex shaver head very comfortable/efficient. Greatest surprise is the number of shaves possible before recharging needed, perhaps due to improved battery technology. Bought to replace Lidl foil-type shaver as new foil would have cost almost as much as the T-Max. Lidl shaver replaced short-lived Paul Anhony 5-head shaver bought/reviewed here in 2013. The T-Max feels as though it will last longer than both previous shavers, hope so – watch this space!

this is the most pleasantly surprising purchase i have made in a long time.despite it’s already cheap price, i had a voucher to apply to it and got it for £21!It’s a VERY close shave and the battery last for 120 hours( i’ll have to wait and check that out!) so will last for months.what’s not to like? for shaving MAX-T is a brand to definitely consider for great prices and high quality!EDIT TO ADDI have had this for a few weeks now ands can say that, hands down, this is the absolute best electric shaver i have ever had.it came with 80% charge and with about 20 minutes charing from my desktop it was 100% full. it’s now been charged since and has just gone down to 60% charge.i will keep it going without charge and see how long it goes for.This shaver totally kicks the ass of all the big brand names such as philips and braun which i have been using for 30 years.The design is nice, the shave is the best i have ever had with electric, has usb charging so is convenient for charging anywhere worldwide, the charge lasts quite some time and simply put, it’s a cracking product i cannot recommend enough.
