Iâve tried many brands for myself and my kids and this is the best one so far. I use in the morning to scrape the white off my tongue from the back forward, an Ayurvedic specialist once told me that our kidneys during sleep spew up a bunch of white stuff to our tongue as part of cleansing and that itâs not supposed to be swallowed back down. I scrape my tongue of this and these work great! Even comes with a nice color coded carrying case! I donât have to scrape hard for it to do the trick! They are very strong and easy to clean. Itâs also the perfect size for the job and doesnât have a weird taste. Enjoy!

Firstly, I will say I donât like the metal taste it leaves in my mouth, but obviously, it eventually goes away. Next, like, seriously, itâs kind of disgusting because it works like a hot darn to take stuff off your tongue. ð Itâs so nasty. I had no idea tongues were so icky. Creeped my husband out as well. Lol. It doesnât completely clean your tongue, BUT it does way more than any toothbrush could ever dream of doing!!! I highly recommend this as a part of your routine because of its ability to clean your tongue like nothing Iâve ever seen before. If you donât mind it tasting like you were licking some monkey bars for a minute or two on the playground then other than that, itâs excellent! Itâs very easy to use and stores easily. It just looks like a curved piece of clean strong metal. Itâs fantastic quality. I would buy this again!!!

Desconozco las propiedades antibacteriales del cobre pero bueno, es muy sencillo de usar, limpiar y conservar en buen estado. Es un gran hábito y mi única sugerencia es usarlo muy ligeramente unas 4 a 6 veces sin aplicar fuerza o la lengua te quedará MUY lastimada por dÃas.
