taste is amazing! took 2 every day for a long time finished a few bottles and saw really no difference other than my nails were a little less harder to break but nonetheless they still broke like paper as before it just a little tiny more hit. my hair didnât change & my skin didnât clear up or have any changes to it. itâs a bit expensive for the amount you get but i would like to keep using this brand as it is more natural for you, fingers crossed !
