Ashwagandha Benefits Without Fillers or Unnecessary Additives
MaryRuth makes such excellent Supplement Drops that when I ran out of Ashwagandha capsules, I opted for trying these Liquid Drops (I was already using MaryRuth’s Iodine Liquid Drops and Valerian Liquid Drops as needed.) It was the Best choice! I can better regulate how My Body absorbs the individual supplements throughout the day and week. It is Also nice to have fewer pills/capsules to swallow throughout the day. You can put the liquid under Your tongue or put in a glass of juice/water. I highly endorse MaryRuth products for My needs.
