Overall Great Shaver – a couple of minor points ….
In addition to many different blades, including the HeadBlade Moto, I’ve tried 4 electric bald head shavers, from the inexpensive 9-blade designs to most recently a Braun Series 9 Sport (the Costco model) which is a face shaver you can adapt to head shaving. I’ve used this Manscaped Dome Shaver for a few weeks and I am so far very impressed with the closeness of the shave – very unusual in an electric razor. I am getting away from the blade razors because of too many nicks and cuts. This Dome Shaver has a couple of spots lower on the neck you can feel it start to nick, so you have to get into a habit of knowing where to let up pressure.5-stars! Overall this is well built, delivers a close and comfortable shave, holds a charge for quite awhile and is very easy to clean. It does however seem to trap water in the blade housing, so Instead of water-cleaning, I recommend using a compressed-air can and only an occasional quick water rinse. Be sure it’s totally dry before storage.

Smooth as Silk
I just received mine today and even this early into having this product, I done fell head over heels in love with it. This head shaver has left my head feeling smooth as silk and looking fabulous. I was a bit scared to make that move on it due to this is pretty much one of those “As seen on TV”, but after cutting my hair with my clippers and then going to this head shaver…. the rest is in the history books. Now I can’t seem to keep my hands off my head because it feels so good. I am truly thinking of just buying the entire wardrobe of Manscaped grooming products because this is just truly remarkable. I have not one regret of buying this product, nor the other two that I have on the way from this company. This gets the job done in very little time. You can not get any better than that. I forgot to mention that this head shaver does the job of a razor blade without the razor bumps aka razor burns. I am getting results this close and yet I still haven’t even touched my Barbasol, only used my Williams Lectric Shave with it because I like the smell of it for one, and it also helps in getting a closer and cleaner shave. All I can say now is just simply wow! If being bald is your thing, or if you have been thinking of going bald…… This is the head shaver to buy right here. Even the product it self looks very rich in build quality. I just simply can not express enough about how truly remarkable this product has been for me. And to put the icing on the cake, this is one product that can assure that you will be looking your best ever. And this is what drives me into wanting to buy the entire grooming collection by this company. They can assure that a very important moment will not be ruined due to their product.

Manscape makes great electric razors!
I can only compare this to the Remington head shaver, but it seems like night and day to me… I have been using the Remington head shaver for about a year now, and it works but it is not the best. The shave is close, but not as close as this model. More importantly, the Remington one is a bit rougher/doesn’t cut as smoothly; the motors have also jammed up on me a few times.On the other hand, the Manscaped Dome Shaver is really nice. I have used it 3 to 4 times in the last month or so. It cuts closer, runs smoother, and can be held in different ways. This one I can and want to use every few days; where as the Remington one, I had to wait for one skin irritation to calm down. I got the version with only 4 blade heads, which I think is more than enough; if you are in a hurry, you might get the more expensive one… Waiting for the company to sell replacement blades for this model, so I can stock up for a few years.

Fix it!
Recently, I purchased the Dome Shaver Pro primarily due to my previous positive experiences with Manscaped products. I had high expectations for this shaver, as it performed well in terms of cutting and felt comfortable to use. However, the most significant issue I encountered was the magnetic feature of the shaver.Initially, the blades attached to the housing magnetically. However, after using the shaver for approximately a week, I noticed that the blades would not mount properly, and no matter how hard I tried to adjust them, the housing appeared to be warped.Despite my initial positive impression of the shaver, I decided to give it another chance. I believed that I had received a defective model, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I ordered a replacement, and upon receiving it, I observed that the housing was indeed warped, as evidenced by the blades not aligning properly when I installed the new blades on the old housing.Regrettably, this issue persisted, and the shaver developed warping within three days of use. It is important to note that I thoroughly clean the shaver after each use, ensuring that it is completely dry and stored in its case. Therefore, this problem should not have arisen.As a loyal customer who has consistently appreciated Manscaped products, I urge you to investigate this design oversight. Failure to address this issue could result in significant loss of business from dissatisfied customers.

Takes some getting used too.
First time using a head shaver as I usually just use a razor head. It is very rough to use the first few times until your scalp builds a tolerance to the irritation. But gets a very close shave and overall I am very satisfied.

Niet zoals verwacht, als je uitgaat van de reviews zou dit apparaat een topper moeten zijn maar dat gevoel/idee heb ik niet. Het voelt niet lekker aan als je met het scheerapparaat over je hoofd gaat en in de nek is het nog vervelender. Het scheer resultaat is ook niet geweldig ik heb na het scheren geen glad gevoel. Voor een stukje plastic dat ook nogal breekbaar aanvoelt is dit scheerapparaat veel te duur.

I was hesitant to buy this one over many other cheaper options out there. But let me tell you, this did not disappoint! We’ve only used it once so far but I’m mind blown.His head is so close shaven it looks like he just left the barber from a straight razor cut.It also forms so well to the head. This is a must buy for any man with a bald head (or wife who does their man’s head, since he always misses spots with the other razor) I bought this in hopes he could do it himself without needing me at the lost inconvenient times, which I think I still need to check since he still misses the odd spot but this makes life so much easier.
