4-4.5 STAR! To 1-STAR!
The extended shaver works great. It does take practice. Using the wider attachment is a little hard on my skin, once I got used to it. It worked great. I would give it a 4 STAR. I did purchase three other items at the same time. The head shaver, the ear & nose trimmer, and the body groomer. The body groomer works good But it did pull a few hairs. So it too, requires practice. I would give it a 4 STAR. The nose and ear trimmer SUCKS ASS!!! Donât buy. For that trimmer, donât waste your energy buying it. It will disappoint. I would not give a 1 STAR. Later on I purchased some Bluetooth Wi-Fi smart tweezers, they work great with my cell phone for my nose and ear hairs, I canât see. Next the body trimmer it works great while giving a good shave real close to your balls. Most of all it takes practice. So take your time. An electric shaver near my balls is kind of scary. Especially when it pulls a hair or two and it did. I would give the body trimmer a 4 STAR.Now for the complaints, you already know how I feel about the nose trimmer. Next The head shaver I used it once, Then it died and never worked again and that sucks because I liked it. I would give it a 4.5 STAR. But It quit working so a 1 STAR, unless you have a head trimmer that keeps working then itâs a 4.5 STAR.Well, I hope the company MANGROOMER. Takes care of me on their platinum pro editionâs. If not Iâll never change this post. But I was told that if you have a problem, man-groomer wants you to contact them directly. So they can take care of it for you. I donât know. I will give it a try. I only ask because I am over my return time with Amazon. Like I was only going to use the head shaver twice a year. But after the first time I used it, it died. After allI bought the Platinum Pro Edition by Man-Groomer shaver and trimmers. So I expected it to work as advertised it was the best they had.I will post a new statement if they take care of me as a loyal customer. Thank you. Good luck.

Best shaving product for hairy people
I don’t usually write reviews for products unless they’re exceptionally good or extremely bad. As it is the former with this product.I am a VERY hairy guy and I have been buying dozens of hair grooming and hair removal products for the thick black hair on my body. I was primarily looking for a body razor instead of a back razor but I decided to try this out as it also works for the rest of your body. The instructions were clear on a little card that was sent but there was a HUGE instruction manual that came with it. I didn’t think it was that difficult to use so I decided to figure out how to use it myself. The blade that came attached on the razor was ok for removing my thick hair at first. After having some trouble getting certain thick hair off, I was able to get it off with a slow back and forth shaving motion. I’m a guy who likes to shave my entire body and make sure no hair stands out. So essentially, I needed a clean shave and the card that came with it said to use the foil head razor to get the shorter hairs out. I was SHOCKED at how easy it was to get the remaining hair off once I shifted to the foil head. I have never used a foil head before so that was part of the excitement as I saw how efficient it was at removing short tiny hairs to make my skin look completely hair-free and smooth. The battery life on the product was even more incredible. I was able to do a near full-body shave with this product right out of the package. I can’t even explain to you how long that is as I haven’t shaved my body in over 6 months and again, I’m a VERY HAIRY guy. I think this is honestly one of the best products I’ve ever bought from Amazon. The price is definitely worth the experience that I had using this product. In fact, I think this item is a STEAL for the price it’s displayed for. 3 razor blades, a backshaver, incredible battery life, and an extended arm hinge for $50? I have had no regrets since purchasing this item.

Well Built and Designed
Great shaver. I like the adjustable handle that allows me to get to the hard to reach places on my back. I used to have my wife help me shave my back but no longer need to with this shaver. I also like that it is rechargeable and has multiple shaving heads and a storage bag. Great price on a great shaver.

Great idea, terrible construction
Terrible quality, cheap silver plastic construction, bad electronics. New out of box only the wider head would actually cut hair and then only on the push stroke, not by pulling. The narrower had the teeth set such that it would leave bloody scratch lines even without much pressure. After only a handful of uses the power switch would not work without multiple presses and it stopped charging reliably. About 10 total uses and it’s in the trash.

Customer service was above and beyond! The shaver head wouldnât come off so they sent me 2 new ones but they wouldnât fit so they sent me a whole brand new shaver and the shipping was very fast!!

I appreciated their urgency with a rapid response and the resolution to my concern.[Original review – 2 stars]Stopped working 1 yr & 7m after purchase-I had the highest hopes for this product & reviewed it diligently before purchase. While I didn’t like the quality, I stuck with it because it did the job. Last week the unit didn’t start even after letting it sit until fully charged. The battery makes knocking sounds when shake the unit so assume it’s dislodged or something else. Either way, I’m not going to make another job for myself and field strip it to determine the issue. I’m in the process of contacting the company since it’s still 2 years within purchase.
