Calming and helps with muscle soreness
I purchased this with my hyperactive daughter in mind. I have used magnesium creams in the past because they are known for their calming effects but also muscle soreness. Pairing magnesium with lavender is genius and it does seem to be helping my daughter fall asleep more quickly. She also loves the lavender scent.
