Donât take unless you want the best nights sleep!
Ok I have tried a lot of magnesium supplements for but this one is fantastic! First of all, I love how its a gummyâ¦that not only tastes great, but that doesn’t leave a funny taste or residue in your mouth after chewing. I take it about 20-30 minutes before I want to go to sleep and its lights out! I feel a gentle wave of sleepiness come over me and then I just fall asleep. I wake up feeling refreshed with no grogginess or headache that I usually experience with other supplements. These might possibly be the best tasting vitamin gummy I’ve ever had. It makes it hard to take just one. The raspberry flavor is amazing.Additionally, I’ve noticed I have more vivid dreams since I started taking this before bed. I assume that might mean that I am reaching a deeper sleep cycle or staying in deeper sleep longer.
