Itâs interesting – 40 plus years of healthy nails and all of a sudden – ridges appear.I type (all⦠day⦠longâ¦) and while I know several appreciate professional nail service – a) I donât have time and b) I prefer to invest money elsewhere (no judgement for those who do invest).I ordered the nail ridge filler and it looks nice. My nails feel smooth and natural- with a sheen that looks natural.In the picture, I have applied two coats – nothing else. My photo appears to have yellow tint but there is not one (no I am not a smoker).I am pleased with results and would buy again.

Let me start this by simply saying just buy the polish. I searched high and low for a nail polish that provided the perfect ânot thereâ look, and this is it. The photo doesnât even do it justice because itâs that natural. Iâve now tried this polish out 4x and keep coming back to it. My ONLY complaint would have to be the scent, itâs a bit overly chemically scented while wet. But in 60 seconds the polish is dry and the smell is 100% gone. This polish lasts incredibly well and doesnât chip. It provides a satin matte finish that looks effortlessly polished. Because it is a ridge filler and not a traditional polish itâs a bit of a thinner formula so a little goes a long way. But the holdup of it is incredible. I work in the service industry and my hands are constantly in chemical sanitizer, I bought this polish to help prevent my nails from weakening and breaking due to the sanitizer. Since using it I havenât had a single broken nail.The polish is a translucent/milky color but when applied as one coat it is essentially clear. If you build it up to 2 or 3 coats it looks a bit more opaque but never actually quite looks as if thereâs something on your nails. Itâs a neutral tone polish not leaning warm or cool. Which is quite hard to find as most try to use blue tones to counteract the dreaded yellow staining nails can get.The name âfortifying ridge fillerâ stands for everything it does. The best way I could describe wearing this polish is like having a cloud hug your nails. The soft satin texture gives a smooth finish and definitely blurs texture of the nail. Itâs not a slick texture like a glossy polish provides but there is a slight sheen when light hits it.Unlike other nail enhancers this polish doesnât have iridescent to it, which I love. And itâs not so matte that it looks like the nail is dead.If youâre looking for a base coat this is it. Bright colors which can often be patchy never are when this is the base coat.If you want a polish to wear alone I usually do a single coat of this and am set for at least a week. The polish is breathable but chip resistant.This is the new âIt Girlâ polish.

Not happy that I canât return or exchange
Was not as described. It has a Matt sheen to it, not like the other colors that Iâve bought from the same company. Went to return and exchange for the pink that I know and love and it says no returns. Iâm not seeing were it informs you of that prior to purchase. I would have stuck with the color I know and love, had I known that !
