Clears clogged milk ducts
This product is a must have for breast feeding moms. Quick, easy, and effective. The pill is a little large but smooth so I still find it easy to swallow. No need to try hot cold compress, massage the milk out , mix any powders or tinctures , pump etc. Anytime I feel discomfort and suspect a clogged duct forming I take this right away and it clears up within a day or two following the dosage recommendations on the bottle. I do not use daily for maintenance , just as needed when I feel a clogged duct coming on which has been 3times in my first year of breastfeeding. It has worked every-time

Effective product
Started taking soon after getting home from the hospital and so far have not had any clogs! It is a larger pill but super easy to swallow and has no smell. I take it twice a day to prevent any clogged ducts.

Giving them a try
A mom in a group I follow suggested these and I have been taking them to prevent clogged ducts or getting and infection. However I wanted to share. They for sure for me have been giving me diarrhea and gas. After a few days of taking them I wake up with the worse gas pain. It could just be mean but wanted to share. Definitely donât want to get a clogged duct so I will continue and Iâm only taking 2 a day so Iâll probably switch it up.Other wise they are easy to swallow no taste and I hope they help.

An absolute must for breastfeeding moms
I started taking Legendairy Milk Sunflower Lecithin at about 2 weeks postpartum after consulting with my OB. The only time I have had a clogged duct is once before starting to take it and once while not taking it while it was packed and we were moving. I now recommend it to every breastfeeding mom that I meet and take it myself daily, religiously. The pills are a larger size (see photo) but are very easy to take. They have no taste at all, and have never caused any negative side effects for me. From the packaging to the actual pill, you can tell that it is a quality product that the company takes pride in.

A lifesaver!
These capsules have been a lifesaver for this exclusive pumping Mom! They work really well for unclogging milk ducts and overall prevention of clogs when taken daily. I usually take 1-2 tabs per day for general maintenance, and as additional 1-2 if I’m clogged up after going too long without pumping, or I anticipated I’ll have a longer than normal time window between pumps. I’ve been exclusively pumping for nearly 5 months now and have never had mastitis and only a few issues with clogging (twice which happened after wearing a tight sports bra for too long).
