My wife has as much anxiety as a 16 year old at planned parenthood
My poor wife’s anxiety attacks have been completely unmanageable for the last couple of months.I prefer natural remedies. I have to because it’s not like I can prescribe her medicine anyway lol. This truly helps with relaxation for her. I put more lavender essential oil on it for her as it has a weird smell. But it’s made very well. I have used it for cold and warm therapy for her. It’s functions well with either. I’ll definitely buy some more when it’s time.

Great for sleeping
This is the perfect size and weight to slip over my eyes as Iâm drifting off to sleep. Itâs comfortable and keeps any stray light out, making it great for pesky lights in hotel rooms! I havenât heated it yet, but Iâm sure it smells lovely!
