One of my best invests
I have told almost all my friends about this product. Absolutely worth it. I had bad knee pain every time after ski in winter time. I tried many other things like stretching, , knee brace, hip alignment, pain relief patches. They kind of helped. But still, if I had a long ski day, my knees hurt so badly. From this season, I wear it at least once per day, probably more frequently after ski. Game changed! So helpful. I donât even need a knee brace to ski now. No pain for a whole day on the hill. Itâs very convenient to use. I bring it to my office as well. I can wear it when Iâm sitting there working. It warmed up my knee, so satisfying. You can choose different settings as well, warmer or stronger vibrations. Iâm a regular 5â11â guy. It fits me just about right. Battery can last about one week if you use it once every day.

I accually like it, very easy to use, doesn’t take much space. it’s charged and wireless, easy to take out and start to us. heats up pertty fast, very comfy. I wonder if I should get another one for the other knee the use them at the same time.

Great for relaxation
These were purchased for my mother who is 72 years old. Her knees are bad and she still live in a house where her bedroom is upstairs. So before bed every night, she uses this on her knees for 5 minutes each knee. Does it heal them? No. But they do help relax her and she can fall asleep easier she says as she’s not thinking about her knees hurting when she closes her eyes. It was well worth the investment and it’s something that can be used for everyone as my knees now start hurting after ever gym session and jog. Lucky I don’t do either enough to really complain.
