Good facial treatment. Not heavy or oily. Absorbs quickly. Moisturizes. We use it daily (can be used in the morning or at night). It’s a bit expensive but seems worth the cost.

I was on the hunt for an retinol facial serum for my little wrinkles that are showing up. I googled and I looked at other beauty websites to see what is the top retinol serum and Kiehls popped up. Kiehls showed up on more than a few different websites as a top serum. I read some reviews about the texture, because that what I was wondering about most. This product feels amazing on my skin. It makes my face so soft and somewhat moisturized. I have only had this product since mid January so not too long. I would say at this point my little forehead wrinkles havent gotten worse and to me they dont look as deep as what they had been back in January.

This product was recommended by a dermatologist for people at 25 to start using for skin health over time. I am all for skin health so I bought this product even though it is incredibly pricey. After one use, my skin broke out! I normally have maybe one pimple every couple of weeks, but this product created chicken bump skin all over my forehead. Such a let down since this product is so expensive! After my skin cleared up, I tried the product again and same thing happened. The next retinol I tried was from the good molecules brand and it is so affordable and does not break me out. I recommend that one!

Love this serum!
I nearly never write reviews, but this product absolutely requires one, especially with how pricey it is. I am in love with this serum! I’ve always thought I have pretty good skin. I’m 42 and no major blemishes or anything, I’ve always thought that as long as you follow a steady skin care routine it isn’t important to buy the expensive stuff. However this has officially become my one indulgence. I noticed a difference within 3 days of using it nightly. I noticed it without even trying or really looking for results since I had just started using it and wasn’t really expecting to see any so soon. I noticed it after the 2nd night using it, the following morning when applying my tinted moisturizer I was taken aback by how smoothly my tinted moisturizer went on, my skin was so smooth that it just glided on so smoothly, my pores were so tight, I was in awe. I applied it again that night and the next morning I was pleased to see that it was that same smooth texture to my face. I can only imagine how my face will look when I 1) start using my night time moisturizer over it and 2) a few weeks of using it has passed. As a side note, I don’t have overly sensitive skin but my skin has always been very soft and easily abrased, and I’ve had no bad reactions to this serum as of yet.
