So here I go, I am a 42 year old male. I was 236 lbs when I first started taking these pills, after a month of taking them till they were empty I am now 223 pounds.I lost 13 pounds in a month, thatâs really good, as you get older, your metabolism slows down. I had a hard time losing weight on my own, I took a chance on these pills and I will tell you I took Burn XT Max with Lean PM MAX, I too 3 pills Burn XT MAX in the morning with a banana and Slim fast.I took Lean PM MAX four pills at night, I would run on the treadmill for 30 minutes four days a week.I ate very clean and light food. I did calorie counting.You have to eat clean and exercise for these to work, but my recommendation is definitely try these out. I never write reviews, however, this time I had to. Those capsules are great as an appetite suppressant. I took the first capsule yesterday. I had no craves, no hunger all day. It doesnât give me the jitters, or agitate my heart. I recommend to take it early in the morning, so you can fall asleep at night. I took mine at 11:00am, went to bed at 10:pm. I finally was able to sleep at around 2:00am. Today, I took it at 8:00am. Letâs see what happens. Very happy with this. It really does the job! This is a real review.

I have purchased recently multiple fat burner/appetite control supps. None seem to work for me. Either too little energy or no appetite suppression, and often bad side effects. This actually works for me. Just ordered my second bottle today. The recommended dosage is three, but took two instead and it worked great. Have not had any hunger all day Of course everyone reacts to these kinds of products differently, but for me it definitely works. Also, zero side effects such as jitters or anxiety. Elevated my mood and gave me increased motivation as well.

Alternative way to take this product if you do intermittent fasting…
I have a question about Burn XT Max, I know the label says to not take it on empty stomach and to consume a serving with your first meal.I do intermittent fasting and I don’t normally eat until 1:00pm and I consume my caffeine in the morning at 7am when I go to gym before work.What would be a good alternative way to work your product in b/c I know Burn XT also has 250mg organic caffeine and don’t want to over consume on the caffeine.Jacked Factory response:Given your intermittent fasting routine and the timing of your caffeine intake, here are a few suggestions to incorporate Burn XT Max without overconsuming caffeine:Half-Dose Option: Take half a dose of Burn XT Max in the morning before your workout.
