This hoodie is great
I like everything about this hoodie. It protects my face and my body from the sun’s rays. Even though I wear sunscreen, I like the extra protection just in case I forget to reapply. The hoodie itself covers my entire head and the face mask covers my nose and it easy to breath through the fabric with it’s larger size ventilation openings at that location. I put the hoodie on and off at the sun’s comes in and out. My arms are protected and the sleeves cover the top half of my hands. I’m usually a small but I ordered the medium because I like a baggy fit with this type of material and I layered under it this spring. The fabric wicks away moisture. I have yet to use the side pocket, but it’s nice to have. I don’t think I would put anything heavy in it. The fabric is light weight and I purchased the white which is not see through or sheer at all. This is definitely a top layer that I would use in the summertime and a base layer that I would use in the winter time. I saw a camper on you tube wear one and he loved it and I had to have one. I’ve already worn it and it feels great.

Very comfortable and breathable in hot sun. I wear it at the beach, bike riding, any outdoor activity. I definitly recommend.I wasnât so sure if wearing the neck fabric on my face, but it definetky comes in handy in bike rides.

Great sun protection
I walk everyday in the sun but also have a sun allergy. These shirts have been a game changer for me. Great coverage, soft, comfy, and lightweight. Oddly, the pockets, between the different colors, are different sizes. Nonetheless, I have 2 and plan to order more.

Not for short ladies – long torso and sleeves
Ok, so I really wanted to like this hoddie. The sun protection is really important for me due to medical issues and I thought this was the solution.Unfortunately, I ended up needing to return it. I’m 5’0″, 165lbs and this is not for ladies with a short torso. The sleeves and body were ridiculously long. I looked like a child playing dress up in their moms clothes.That being said, I did like the quality, the feel of the fabric and the weight of the hooded shirt. It seemed lightweight but like it would offer sufficient protection without being too warm. It felt like the type of material that would dry quickly, although, I did not test that out.So really, I don’t think the issue was with the shirt so much as it was the shirt ON ME. If you’re built like I am with an apple like shape, your nickname is short stuff and/or people joke about stepping on you, this may not be the purchase for you. However, if people often ask you how the weather is up there and you’re built for reaching the top shelf, this will probably be an excellent choice.Free returns made it easy to try out, so might as well give it a shot.

I bought these for some one who is taking a medication that causes extreme sun sensitivity. She has been wearing these every time sho goes out of the house, and itâs working well. Very comfortable. Bought all the colors.

Great Coverage
I purchased this shirt to wear into the woods while foraging. I sprayed it with permethrin to prevent ticks. The pull up face mask and hood are securely closed with the adjustable pulls. This provides great coverage to prevent those pesky ticks from getting in my hair or down my neck. It will be great to provide sun coverage when out on the boat too. I had skin cancer on my hand and this shirt has the extended sleeve with thumbholes. I normally wear sun gloves while fishing, but I might be able to do without with this shirt. The face section is vented so I was able to breathe just fine. My only wish is that it was a little longer.

Lightweight and protective
I really like the weight of the fabric and the sun protection works as expected. The thumb hole is extremely uncomfortable though. The shirt fits my body, but the length of the sleeve should be longer to accommodate the thumb through feature without stretching the top. The fabric cuts into your skin.

Nice Quality for the Price
Found this to be true to size and better made than I thought it was going to be! I went on a fishing trip and my phone stayed secure inside of the zipped pocket, and the hood shaded the back of my neck from the sun. Didnât feel too hot, very lightweight. Just what I was looking for!
