My FAVORITE serum
I absolutely LOVE this serum thanks to the unique rollerball applicator and formula. It feels amazing and cool on my skin and it’s great for under my eyes and the entire face. Plus, the serum itself is super moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling plump, soft, and smooth. I am in love with this and honestly don’t want to apply serum any other way now!

I really enjoyed using this! Love the roller applicator, i thought it helped with de puffing and just cooling in general. The serum has a light texture and sinks in well. I think it helped with my fine lines too!

Feels nice
I occasionally have puffy under-eyes in the morning. One of my friends suffers from what we fondly call raccoon eyes, and mine have never been that bad so please take that into account. The application for me was very smooth, I actually enjoy that the serum was light and not sticky, as I hate getting big blobs on my face that I would need to rub in later. I think maybe the key to get the ball moving for first use is to rub it gently in circles on the back of your hand first. I loved how cool and refreshing it felt under my eyes, and the puffiness did calm down after a few minutes. I have a makeup fridge so I think I may keep this in there, if it doesn’t bog the ball up, to double my icy cool feeling.

Feels nice but don’t love the packaging
I want to say it works for depuffing and soothing any redness around the eyes but the roller ball is so large I don’t feel like I can really get that close to my eyelids. Its bulky to use so I find myself not gravitating to it.

Nice formulation, pleasantly Cooling
Since I never drink enough water during the day, waking up with puffy eyes is a fact of life, so I ordered this Double Elasticity Ice Roll Serum by Varol to see if it would help.The serum comes in a compact bottle with a screw off top. Inside is a medical grade steel rollerball for applying it to the face. The combination of the steel being cool and the natural mint in the formulation feels very Cooling on the face when you first apply the serum, but it really only lasts a couple minutes. Because the coolness is so pleasant it is easy to use too much of this product (which I did). If over applied the serum will not fully absorb and remains sticky for hours afterward – I finally washed it off and learned my lesson.Applying a thin coat works fine if the roller cooperates… Oftentimes it seems to not distribute the serum evenly which makes some areas stickier than others.Having said that, the serum itself is pretty wonderful. It is loaded up with good things like glycerin, Bakuchiol, collagen, betaine, adenosine, beta glucan, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol and Allantoin. That is a whole lot of ingredients all working to de-puff, soothe, hydrate, firm, moisturize, and smooth out fine lines.What is just as noteworthy about this serum is what it doesn’t contain. This formulation has no parabens, silicones, PEGs, acrylates or anything else potentially harmful to the environment or humans. The only thing this serum contains that I can do without is fragrance, but it is likely in there to camouflage any odors from all the other ingredients. The scent itself is vaguely floral, barely noticeable and dissipates quickly.I’ve used this serum several times now and it really takes the redness from rosacea out of my complexion. It also leaves my skin looking dewier and well hydrated. I’m sure with continued use I would see other improvements in my skin but I’m not loving the rollerball concept. Even though it does feel delightfully Cooling, the ball is too large to get the serum right under my eye where I most want it. Not to mention that it does not seem to apply the serum evenly.This Ice Roll Serum is currently selling for $39.99 and I think that is a fair price for all the great ingredients in it. However, I wish they would rethink the size of the roller ball, it needs to be smaller to reach all of the facial areas better, and it needs to spread the serum more evenly.

Easy to use and improves quality
This is very easy to use since you can just roll it on over the eye area. The cold sensation could be nice if you’re feeling a headache but I’m not sure if it’s helping anything since it’s only a quick moment of cooling contact, and mostly a residual effect topically instead of actually keeping a cold object there for 10+ minutes. Overall it makes the under eye area feel more elastic over time.

So soothing to use
This facial serum from VAROL is quite gentle on my face and layers well with my other serums. I really love the roll-on concept as it helps de-puff my face in the mornings. It’s quite powerful and I found it changed my skin texture from dry and red with lots of splotchy rough areas so very soft without a red mark in sight. It pairs well with most moisturisers and I find it isn’t sticky. Drydown time was around ten minutes so keep that in mind before moving on to the next step of skincare. As always, wear sunscreen in the day as your last step. Overall, I recommend this and would likely reorder.
