I havenât used Hydroxycut in years, but I purchased some a few months ago and started using it sporadically. I was pleasantly surprised by the results! On the days I took Hydroxycut, my appetite significantly decreasedâI barely thought about food at all. It was quite remarkable! Along with appetite suppression, I also experienced a fantastic burst of energy, which made it easier to stay active and focused throughout the day.Overall, I would definitely give Hydroxycut a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for appetite control and an energy boost. Just be sure to use it responsibly, as with any supplement!

Significant change in appetite
As a bikini competitor, I like to add fat burners into my regimen if I’ve hit a plateau of some sort and/or as I approach a show date. I’ve tried a few and have had pretty mediocre results. With the Hydroxycut, I’ve felt a decrease in appetite while also feeling a bump in energy levels. Disclaimer: I have only used it for a a little over a week now so I can’t say what the “long term” results/effects are for me but, personally, I’m pretty in tune with my body and its responses. With that said, the Hydroxycut has been pretty effective in the short period. It’s been great first thing in the morning to stay away from (or at least decrease) my coffee intake and to prolong my first meal. I think it’d be a great option for any competitor as well as the average guy or gal!

Solid product to get things going but maybe that’s it…
So it’s been a few weeks since I first started with this item. I was happy with the start. The energy was good and I didn’t feel jittery. Just a good push of energy. One small side effect was the sweat. Man oh man will you sweat. Which is awesome because how else are you going to get the fat out of your body, lol. But I noticed the change after 2-3 weeks. I was up to 4 pills a day and at this point, I have no more energy. I don’t get the rush, and I’ve hit a wall with weight loss. Also, this item NEVER curved my hunger…which was the main reason I started. I wasn’t over weight but I did have a small tummy forming and some annoying love handles I am trying to loose and I know that my diet is the best chance at getting rid of them. So while this helped at first, with no more energy boosts and nor hunger curves, I think it’s time to move on. Im going to shop around for another level of this product. But like I said, it was a great item to kick things off with but might need to level up after a month or two

Good metabolism booster, but large pills
These pills will boost your metabolism. If you combine a good diet and exercise with these pills, you will probably lose weight. But! The pills are huge! I couldnât swallow them, so I cut them open with scissors. The inside was a powder. I mixed it with apple sauce, and was able to eat it just fine! The instructions say to have 2 pills twice a day, 30-60 minutes before your 2 largest meals of the day. The pills contain caffeine, but it did not affect me negatively. I typically drink a large cup of coffee (or an equivalently caffeinated drink) in the mornings, and no more caffeine throughout the day. Having caffeine within 4 hours of going to bed does keep me up. I was careful to always have these pills more than 4 hours before bed, but I did not feel shaky or extra awake from them. I actually feel great so far! Iâm just trying to lose 10 pounds before my wedding. I am 34 years old, female, 140lb.
