Really works if taken everyday and curbs cravings and appetite!
I was skeptical but Iâm five days in and feel more energized but not shaky and my normally voracious appetite and sugar cravings have definitely subsided! Itâs not a miracle product but if counting calories or doing low carb/sugar/keto this is definitely a great product to help! Only reason Iâm not giving five stars is the taste. Itâs overly sweet to the point of a puckered face so I have to use about two or three ice cubes in a tall glass or water bottle when I mix with water and I pace myself with it. I have a light snack late morning and start drinking it around noon and eat a regular lunch around one or two in afternoon and keep drinking it up until around three and Iâm set for the rest of the day and not overeating or craving junk and eating smaller portions for dinner. Thatâs just whatâs working for me and to ward off late night snacking. Will definitely keep using it until I lose my goal loss which is 15-20 lbs and I will update it I can reach that within a month or two using this product which I believe I can!

This used to be a great company with consistent products. Now, itâs very hit or miss especially on the taste. We switched from Mixed berry as it went from great to undrinkable. We tried a few other packages as well before giving up on it. We now switched to the Lemon flavor as when itâs bad, itâs still not as bad as the Mixed Berry which has a moth ball taste to it now. The Lemon flavor is more consistent but still has a few bad packs within the box. For weight loss, itâs a good product when you âhit a wallâ and need a push to get your body losing again. We really donât see a difference between the suggested twice a day use vs. one a day for weight loss.

I just started taking this so I can’t tell you if it works for weight loss. I will update in a few months on that issue. But there are some things that might be helpful to know.First the taste. From reading the reviews some people said they thought it was horrible and I almost didn’t buy it because of that. Well I am so glad I did because I like the taste, a lot! It tastes just like Hawaiian Punch. Its sweet, like candy sweet. I drink kool aid every day so maybe that will help someone understand if you like sweet you will like this. If you have the tastebuds of a 7 year old you will love this :).Second, this does not give the jitters but I can climb a mountain with this stuff! Wow on the energy factor! I only do 1/2 a packet in a bottle of water and I’m good to go. I am sensitive to medicines etc so an average person may need the whole packet. I could not imagine taking this more than once a day as they recommend, I wouldn’t sleep for a week.Third, It has curbed my appetite, which is what I needed because of all the sweet junk food I eat, and also why I needed to find a diet supplement to begin with!Last, it has not caused any gastro issues (the Hydroxycut gummies did).I hope this helps someone who is on the fence about trying it. Again, I just started so can’t vouch for the weight loss but the product itself is worth a try.

What happened to the Berry Flavor?
I used this drink mix before with a Vegan diet. Put it in a 16 oz water bottle, and drink one half bottle daily. Good results. And I got 2x the value from my purchase! It went very well. I slow walked my little dog daily. Nothing strenuous. I lost 20#, with Great Lab Reports! I would like to drop a few more pounds. Just wondering why we can only purchase lemon flavor? I’m fully plant based now, in great health, and I’m 73 years old ð

Bad flavor
The taste of the lemonade flavor is horrible. I have no clue if itâs effective because I canât get past the terrible aftertaste to use this product.

Atrocious Flavor (but I got used to it …)
I purchased this because it’s slightly less expensive than the kind I normally buy, but I’ve tried Hydroxycut products in the past and know that they’re effective. This does seem to cut down on my snack cravings in the late morning and mid-afternoon, and it encourages me to drink water, both of which are helpful in terms of weight management. It does not make me jittery, and the mild energy boost it gives me helps me power through my evening workout. Unfortunately, it 100% tastes like fruit punch, which I dislike. Not just fruit punch, but sickeningly sweet fruit punch. It helps if I dilute it with plenty of ice and cold water, or if I use only half a packet, but I really hate the flavor and for that reason won’t be purchasing this again. It’s a matter of preference, so if you like fruit punch this would be a good product for you.Update: I decided to use up the whole box because I’m frugal, and over the course of time I’ve grown accustomed to the flavor. I do not mix it with 16.9 oz as directed on the packaging because the flavor is just too sweet and overwhelming, so I dilute it with a bit more water and lots of ice in an overfilled 20 oz. bottle (so probably 21 or 22 oz), which makes it much more palatable. I no longer hate the flavor, though it’s still not my favorite, and I find it very effective at curbing my appetite and boosting my energy. I use it twice daily, and it has helped me maintain a recent significant weight loss and even aided in losing several more pounds. Despite my earlier declaration that I wouldn’t purchase it again, I’m actually about to purchase my second box. It’s a lot more effective than the drink mix supplement I normally use.
