HUM Vitamins are the real deal.
I started using a few different formulas of HUM vitamins, and Base Control is a wonderful place to start! It’s a complete multi-vitamin formulated for women to make sure you’re getting all daily nutrients that you might not be getting from your food. This one is easy to swallow and while there’s a slight odor, it’s not that off-putting and the benefits are worth it! If you haven’t tried the HUM line, give them a shot – highly recommend.

This is my favorite Multivitamin. It included all the important vitamins I was looking for. It doesn’t make me queasy. It does have a smell but it doesn’t bother me. Great value for the money

Super reasonable price for a multivitamin. But oh boy, brace yourself for the smell and taste. It’s like a punch to your gut â seriously, it’s got me doing the 𤢠emoji in real life. But hey, it’s got all the good stuff I need, so I’m just holding my nose and powering through. Would I prefer a capsule? Totally. But the price tag’s so sweet, I’m willing to wrestle with these large tablets. They arenât as big as omega 3 pills but they arenât small either. Brace yourself and enjoy the benefits ð Iâm already feeling more energetic since switching to this brand and itâs only been 2 weeks!

I have always been a “One a Day” person and normally I do not pay a lot for daily vitamins. I happened across the HUM Base Control and really like it and it is worth the price. It may be my imagination, but it seems to give me more energy and make me feel better, which I love. Read the label, it has all the vitamins that I need and it is much better then the normal daily vitamins that a person would take. The pill itself it a good size, easy to take and does not give you a vitamin after taste.

EASY TO SWALLOW
I feel good about taking these vitamins!!! I despise taking capsules so I was happy to of found a mutli that was a tablet… NOT a horse-pill size!!! Easy to swallow…. does turn urine about the same color as the NEXT button below this field.. ð¤ actually brighter!! I don’t mind cause it assures me that it has dissolved and my body is absorbing it. I do feel like there could be some more OOOMPH to it… like clean energy.. NOT caffeine. I do love the vitamins but I’m not sure if I’m sold on the Vitamin for its benefits ( I take them but I haven’t felt a change…) or because of the convenience of ease swallowing it. I do love the HUM line!! But I am still shopping around for a muti. I believe this product is great for a lot of people ( including my own teenage daughter) but I think I need more than this particular tablet can offer. YES I would recommend this product!!! It’s just not at the top of my own self chart âºï¸

Immediately throws up after taking.
I’ve been in desperate need of a multivitamin. I immediately felt nauseous and within 1 min of taking these and then proceeded to throw up. ?? It’s rare for me to throw up. I have a sensitive body an eat Healthy but I don’t throw up often. I had not thrown up in years before taking these.but I’ve thrown up immediately within 1 minute after taking these, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! So it was not just a fluke”. This is not a multivitamin. and waste of money.I’m not sure if this is even safe” to consumer, or FDA approved ingredients. cuz I’m not sure why it makes me throw up everytime with 60 secs of taking it, My body luterally rejects it and throws it up. ??I cannot reccomend this. I’m dissapointed/ disgusted at this waste of money. I was in desperate need of a multi vitamin.I WOULD REALLY LIKE A RETURN/ REFUND. Cuz this is just not fair. These are not consumable for me, my body literally rejects it immediatly after swallowing one. These do not even stay down.A waste of money, and now money down the drain cuz I can’t even get a better multivitamin- Im broke as is at the moment -Which is why I had gave these ‘cheaper vitamins’ a try in the first place.. If your also broke you’re better off just saving ur money, and getting sonething higher quality! :/ 🙁 ðDisgusting. Not a good vitamin, and makes me sick. Can’t take these. Less Potent
Iâve been using Base Control from the manufacturerâs website for 6 months with great success. I originally started taking to stop occurrence of canker sores. For the most recent bottle I ordered off Amazon for convenience and to avoid the monthly subscription. I donât know if I got a faulty bottle or what but I am three weeks into the new bottle and this is not the same as the others. The pill itself is notoriously bad smelling (I donât mind, because it works) but these pills arenât nearly as fragrant. The other pills would turn my pee neon yellow overnight, so I knew I was getting the abundance of vitamins as advertised – this bottle has no effect. And most importantly, I have not gotten a canker store since starting with Hum, but I have one now. I also started shedding hair like crazy starting about a week ago. All of these things combined leads me to believe that this bottle is less potent than the bottles I was getting directly from the manufacturers website. I replaced an order directly from HUM and am hoping to get the same original quality I was enjoying.
