Amazing!
I bought this to help with a knot I had in my shoulder, hoping for some pain relief. However, the knot and the pain are gone after 3 uses. I still use it every day so the pain hopefully wont come back. My husband has even used it just for kicks and he fell in love too. I would recommend this over & over. I plan on getting them as gifts at Christmas

This is really nice – so nice that I wear it a LOT. The heat is very nice, especially on my arthritic shoulders (although you will occasionally here a little tick sound as the thermal regulator turns it on and off). As mentioned in another review, the vibrators on the back are hard – but unlike the ones in my chair, they are enclosed in a flat package maybe 1/2 inch thick, and work fine if you aren’t actually laying on them (though it would have been nice if the “tail” of the wrap had been a little wider with 2 vibrators on either side of your spine). It works best in a chair (the manual advises not to use it in a bed), but when not sitting the weights in the hem of the wrap pulls it down more on your shoulders. It’s not a vigorous effect, but it’s noticeable enough.

It just generically vibrates, it gets warm , cant hardly feel it unless your standing or laying on it with very thin shirt, it is soft easy to use but its just loud vibrating no pain nor relaxing relief

Big piece of plastic in middle of back that hurts!
I gave this massager 3 stars because it does have some nice features: 3 speeds of vibrations, vibration is not too rough like a shiatsu, 3 heat settings and it gets really hot, and nice fabric. BUT the deal breaker is a big piece of plastic (motor?) that hits in the middle of your back if you lean back in a chair or lie down with it. It’s also quite heavy and really lots bigger than I expected from the picture. It goes all the way down my back. It also doesn’t drape nicely over the shoulders. I had to hold it down with my hands to feel anything in my shoulders. Also the neck piece is quite small and didn’t even touch my neck. I’m kind of skinny so maybe these problems wouldn’t be so unpleasant if you were bigger, and the plastic thing wouldn’t hurt your back if you had more padding than I do. But I’m sending it back just because of the thing that hurts my back.

Easy to use & feels great!
I bought this as a replacement for a different brand that I had for quite a few years. This one works just as well. The noise from the vibration is a little louder than my old one, but not overwhelming. Very easy to use. It shuts off by itself after 30 minutes. I would recommend it.

Es un producto que definitivamente crea muchas expectativas pero la realidad es que no se ajusta a la espalda a menos que te sientes en un sillón y te recargues, el masaje solo lo da en la parte de los omoplatos en dos intensidades diferentes, y el calor a los hombros no llega, si le subes mucho la intensidad llega a arder la espalda y apenas los sientes en los hombros y si sientes cómodo el calor entonces no sientes ni la vibración ni el calor en estas partes (hombros). Los materiales son de muy buena calidad pero por lo demás creo que no es como lo promueven.
