Great buy for the cost
Iâm a thin petite woman and this size is perfect. The massage feature isnât too intense for me and the heat feels wonderful. The only negative is that the outer covering doesnât line up with the outlet or the control buttons.

I was wrong
The heating and back massage cushion did not have an opening where I could plug it in and therefore could not connect to an electrical outlet. I emailed my problem and was wanting to return it, to have it replaced. I followed the instructions but could not find a shipping label to return it. It is now passed the deadline to return, so I guess I’m stuck with something I was looking forward to having as I have chronic back pain. It’s the only thing I’ve order from Prime that I have not been pleased with.Forgive my premature evaluation. A friend stopped by my home and I explained my disappointment that the heating/massager didn’t work. We played with it for a while and finally found the buttons to turn it on and off did not match up. After some adjusting we finally made the connection. Sorry for the first review, since I’ve got it working I’m a happy camper.

Comfort!
I have used this cushioned vibrating pad everyday(pretty much) for three years after a fall and injury. It vibrates my spine and has been helpful to regain full mobility. I did not do permanent damage to my back but it was in need of encouragement to recover.
