Great product for everyone in your house
Build quality is great. We have a busy the house with a lot of sports. This massager gets used by everyone. The heat helps me a lot and all the extra attachments and vibration settings are critical for therapy and soothing tight muscles.

The buttons that operate this massager are situated so that it is difficult not to hit the power button, accidentally turning it off. Result is to hold the handle in an uncomfortable position while using it. It’s okay if you are doing your own middle or low back but not if you are doing your upper back and neck.

This massager is a great one to have if too like deep tissue massages. You will need someone to run the device.

Poorly designed
We have used a Medtronicâs massager for years, but we wore it out! Very excited to find they still made a similar product BUT totally disappointed in the new design. The control buttons are placed where your hand easily shuts the unit off while using it. The skinny handle looks nice but not easy to hold on to. The intensity of the motor is weaker than the older model. They need to scrap this design and go back to the drawing board!
