It works,/ great product
First heard about this drink from a doctor many years ago who recommended using it for weight loss..Then i found it on Amazon..so thrilled.no.more running to hospital pharmacy to but at higher priceThe taste is very good ..vanilla i add fruit to for different flavors and fiber. Chocolate tasts just like Chocolate. .smooth texture..very good product

This was just what I needed. It was suggested by a friend who’d had a very good experience so I followed her regimen. I eat healthy but don’t exercise so I was skeptical that I could drop pounds. Nevertheless, I had up to 5 shakes a day for 3 days. The shakes were delicious. Thick Filling. No nasty aftertaste or chalky consistency. I wasn’t hungry throughout the day. I dropped 8 lbs. I intend to eat a normal diet for 5 days and repeat the plan. Loosing some weight has given me a jumpstart and I’m adding some modified planks and wall push ups to firm up my core and arms. It’s been a beneficial start to loosing weight and reaching my goal to get back to a size I want to be.

This is the best weight loss shake I have ever tried! I make it with diet soda or any of the one serving pouches of fruit flavoring sold to go into a bottle of water. I also mix 3 paclets of orange Kool-Aid in a 2 liter bottle, with no sugar. Make in a blender with ice cubes. I lost 50 pounds in 5 months! The chocolate mix is also delicious with any of the fruit flavors. I makes a filling shake as many as you want in a day, along with a sensible meal. Go for it!

For the price I guess I expected a larger container although it is as described. Taste is good and is smooth to drink but since I havenât ordered any meal replacement drinks in years I guess I expected different.Overall I like it.

This is by far the best I have found so far. A little on the sweet side but no icky aftertaste . just wish they were not out of stock so often. I order every flavor often. Refreshing and filling. I blend with ice and water and it tastes like a creamy milkshake. Lost in the days I dont have any left
