Nothing else worked.
I was applying for some jobs that require testing. Before I applied I wanted to find something that would actual work for me so I didn’t have to change my curriculum. I bought a supply of over the counter drug tests, and several different kinds of cleaners (The Stuff, Magnum, jazz total, just to name a few). I DID NOT do them one after another. I waited a couple days in between them. Almost every single one failed no matter how much water a drank. I weigh 180 and smoke a small bowl before bed that’s it, I’m not a heavy smoker. The Qtabs actual worked. I drank 16oz of water instead of the 12, and took them 15 and 10 mins apart instead of the 20 and 15mins recommended. It does take about an hour for the effect and only lasts about an hour and a half. You want to urinate at least once after taking them before your test. It turns your urine bright neon yellow after about 2 hours, it still not detectable but obvious you used something. I passed my test that was given in a medical clinic, and am happy with my new career. I do keep a pack in my purse just in case of random UA’s.

Didn’t work for herb
I followed the directions completely, and this product did not work for herb cleansing. I had not consumed herb for 2 1/2 weeks prior. I am > 230lbs, but very tall and muscular. The directions give special attention to people “over 200 pounds”, to consume more water during the intervals. I took a total of 10 strip tests beginning at 1.5hrs after the dosing/water regiment was complete, and continued to test for another 4 hours. I continued to consume water throughout this period as it directs, and I pee’d frequently. The product is very good for keeping your urine yellow…although I know it was highly watered down, it would easily pass as untampered urine visually. But test after test did not show any type of result I was aiming for.I will not use this product again. Instead, I used a liquid drink which I also purchased at the same time as this (not taken together) by Detoxify, and it worked as directed. Personally I think these pills are only good for turning your urine yellow while you’re diluting. I could do this with just Vitamin B-2 crushed up, and then drink a gallon of water and achieve the same results, and save myself $15.

Worked just like it promised, helped flush out my system
First off, I want to say that I bought this product with the intention of using it to help me pass a drug test, and I passed with flying colors. I can’t say for sure that it was this product that made me pass in the end, but I’ll give you guys a rundown of everything I did in the hopes that you too can have similar luck.I’m a senior in college whose major is education and I have been looking for a place to student teach for a while, finally last week I received an e-mail saying that a school had been chosen for me and that I needed to have a drug test in order to go there. This understandably had me a little spooked, because a couple days before getting that e-mail I had smoked up with a few friends (I had in total smoked 1/8 in about a 3 week period, a little each night before bed). The drug test had to be done in 6 days (from the day I got the e-mail) so I immediately began drinking lots of water, at least 2 liters per day to make sure my system got good and cleaned out. I also started exercising more often in the days leading up to the test date to ensure that I sweat more and knocked out a 64 oz. bottle of cranberry juice because it is known to help detoxify your system. The morning of the test, about 2 hours before I was scheduled to go in, I drank a total of 70 oz. of water, taking the pills as instructed (3, wait 20 mins, 3 more, wait 20 mins, then the final 4) and man was I in the bathroom for a while. These pills take maybe half an hour to kick in, so if you have a bit of a drive to your testing site maybe take them earlier, but I was going both #1 and #2 almost constantly before I left. After getting to the test site I made sure the first bit of my deposit went into the toilet, as the beginning of the stream has more toxins than the middle, so make sure to do the same. I had absolutely no problems passing, like I said I don’t know for sure if it was these pills or a combination of everything I did, but good luck to anyone in the same position who wants to get a job but also enjoys a little herb in their free time.

works great for opiates and benzo’s!
I’m on probation and buy 14 panel drug tests for valium, oxy’s and suboxone witch i’m on. I took an oxy and valiums one day before I had drug test and suboxone. When I tested before taking qtabs and qdetox drink I failed for all three. Three hrs later I took the qtabs as directed and took another drug test an hour after that. I passed with flying colors for opiates and benzo’s, the bubble free, bright yellow urine from the qtabs masked those two drugs but I still failed for the suboxone. So if smack and benzo’s are your thing I believe they work great for that, but suboxone is difficult as hell to get out of system. Hope that helps someone.
