Fast acting immune booster
I used to get this brand or something similar many years ago. Itâs especially effective since it has all 4 parts of the echinacea flower (stem, root, leaf and flower), but itâs very hard to find. I was getting a sore throat, squirted a dropper full in the back of my mouth, and had no symptoms soon after. I donât know about anyone else, but this really works wonders for me.

Correctly Prepared Extract
Echinacea purpurea has to be prepared with FRESH plant material. This brand is. (Echinacea augustofolia can be tinctured dry). The tingling on the tongue is a tell that itâs a good tincture (echinacea does that). This brand checks all the boxes. Echinacea isnât a preventative. It doesnât deal with virals, only bacterial. I use this for UTI problemsâ¦1 drop for 2 lbs of body weight..taken every two hours, all day, for a few days, then only a few times a day for a week or two. This plant is safe for long term use, Iâm not sure what another review was talking about, comparing a tincture to flower essences. This is real medicine. But no, no break required. I take it until the infection is cleared completely, however long it takes. Respiratory infections, sinus infections, kidney and bladder/UTI infections. If youâre allergic to daisy family plants, avoid or take it slow. This brand is the only one I found that PREPARES THE TINCTURE CORRECTLY. If itâs not done right, it wonât work.

Super echinacea prevented me from getting a cold or flu for 3 years
I start taking this anytime I am feeling symptoms of a cold or flu coming on, it knocks it out within a day. I also start taking it when I hear others I know are getting a cold or the flu.I didn’t get sick for three years, while everybody around me was getting sick.When I ran out of super echinacea for a month, during a time when the flu was going around, I did get sick. I took 3 dropper fulls every three hours when I would start to get a sore throat or signs of a cold or flu. If I didn’t have any symptoms, but heard flu or colds were going around . I would take 3 dropper fulls 2 -3 times a day until I would no longer hear about the someone getting a cold or flu .To make it convenient , I would pour 8 – 12 ounces of orange juice in a water bottle , along with a total number of dropperfulls of super echinacea I wanted to take for that day. Through out the day I would sip on the orange juice, that also had my whole day supply of echinacea.Herb Pharm super echinacea is very concentrated, which also why it is so effective.

Works, but with caution
I’m not generally a big fan of alternative medicine, but this really works well. On days curcumin + ginseng doesn’t do the trick, I slip some of this into my tea and it makes me very energetic. I have mild depression and its hard to get a lot of energy going, so this has been a lifesaver. It has a strong taste you have to adjust to, but I got used to it fairly quickly.However, I’ve read that these kind of herbal extracts (e.g. geranium extract or similar flower extracts) can be extremely bad for you if used to often. If you do try Echinacea, I feel like it’s responsible to check out the medical literature on it first. Just a note!

My “Go To” Immune System Booster
I have taken this specific brand and type of Echinacea for at least 20 years. Whenever, I feel a scratch in my throat or s mild headache coming on, I reach for Super Echinacea and take it under the tongue, every two-three hours. By morning, no symptoms, no sickness. I have not had a flu or cold since the late 1990’s. Echinacea, water and rest, this is my formula for keeping myself well. Be warned–medicine is not supposed to taste like candy and this definitely does not. So take it let it sit under your tongue for a few seconds, swallow, and then drink some water if you must. Stay well!
