Love this heating pad!!
I absolutely love this heating pad!! There are up to 9 heat settings and you can adjust the time from 30 min to 9 hours with an auto shut off! I have tons of neck issues and have been using a normal heating pad curled around my neck. This is not only shaped perfectly with the collar to fit but itâs weighted just enough to hold it in place, but not feel too heavy and cause more pain. It also has a small button clip with an extender to connect the front and hold in place. The fabric is so soft and the blue is very pretty! Never thought I would be so excited for a heating pad, but this is a game changer!!

I love this heating pad and use it everyday. Perfect for achy shoulders and neck. The fabric is very soft and flexible. Standard heating pads are too rigid to comfortably sit on shoulders. The weight is perfect. It just adds a little light pressure and helps it to stay on comfortably. definitely one of my favorite purchases!

instant relaxation
i often get back pain and sometimes it causes headache. i knew warming up my back muscle will help the problem so i got this. how goodly it worked! you also can adjust the heating temperature from level 1 to 9. level 1 is soft warmth and it was just right for me. there is only one temperature control button, so if you want to go level 1 from level 2, you have to push the button all the way to the highest till it comes back to the level 1, and after i change the temperature that way, i felt it got hotter than actual level 1. it would be better if it has 2 control button for temperature. one more thing that i felt off about this product is the color. it would be really nice if there were more earthy or neutral colors. overall, it gives me a good amount of relaxation and hard to leave it off of my back!

It fits perfectly on my neck and shoulders and because it’s weighted, it does not slide around. Helps with my neck and shoulder pain. It seems to run pretty hot so I keep it on the lowest setting. Maybe I’m more heat sensitive in that area.

This is a very nice heated neck wrap. It covers my shoulders and is weighted so it lays in place just right. I love the large number of settings and shut off times. The fabric is super soft and cozy. Very glad I picked this one!

This heating pad is my go to for shoulder and neck pain. The weight pad gives a slightly added pressure which helps with the heat being applied to the area. It has several levels of heat and does heat up fast. The timer is an added bonus. Worth the purchase.

Great idea, but didn’t last very long.
I ordered this in March 2024. It does feel weighted like it says, and does have very customizable settings. The texture of the fabric is nice. At first, I liked it a lot. Unfortunately, a few months in it stopped working as well, and would stop heating a short time after it would turn on regardless of which temperature or timer setting it was on. It would temporarily heat back up to the temp you had set if you turned it off and on again. We tolerated this but it was unfortunate. In early December 2024, it started to smell like smoke or something burnt, so we immediately unplugged it and haven’t used it since. It only lasted 9-10 months in total, and didn’t work correctly for some of those months.A different electric hot pad I had purchased has lasted me much longer, but unfortunately isn’t designed for the neck and shoulders like this one was.Overall, if you get this heating pad, I would keep an eye on how it is functioning and stop use if it seems like it might be working unsafely, and be aware that it might be a short term purchase.

Seemed great for my boyfriendâs chronic neck pain, but broke after 3 months of use. Unit does not heat but the remote is overheating.Tried reaching out to the company but they will not do anything after 30 days so definitely donât recommend.
