Love, love, love this heating pad. There is a reason that it is Amazon’s choice. It stays around my back or my neck where I need it to be unlike the heating pad made of vinyl which crumples up and doesn’t hit the painful areas. It gets really hot, sometimes too hot, but I like it. There are 6 settings so I just lower it a notch when it gets to be too much. You can also choose the amount of time you want it to be on. If you need a heating pad, this is the one to buy.

Wanted to post an update – the seller contacted me and made the situation right and I was VERY impressed by that! Iâm glad they saw my review and Iâm hoping that they consider making changes to future versions. In the meantime they just made me a loyal customer to their online store by caring about my experience & rectifying the situation.Original review – I bought this in December and it works great as far as heating goes. However, the Velcro is already worn out and no longer working. The main reason I chose this heating pad over others was because it has the Velcro, so Iâm disappointed that itâs already worn out so quickly. Has anyone else experienced this issue (and hopefully found a way to fix it)?

I have an intrathecal pump in my back that is very uncomfortable. I have tried different types of heating pads, but THIS IS THE ONE! I love that I can put it on and it stays in place. The different heat settings are great! It’s hot but not burning you. The best part is that my husband can even use it. The adjustable aspect of this heating pad is wonderful! It fits all different sizes. The price point was great considering I have bought others for way more that did nothing for my pain. And the cord is long enough where you don’t have to worry about it pulling when you move around.
