It works well for me.
I have RA in my hands and wrists. I have used this for ten minutes, five nights a week, for the last two weeks, before bed. I put essential oils on my joints and then use the massager with heat. I love it! It has helped my hands! I use it at the strongest or next strongest setting, and the highest or middle heat. I start off with high heat and then usually turn it down one setting, as it gets very hot. I like putting my hand in the glove inside, and the fingers get individual treatments. I have a medium sized hand and it fits just fine. There are three modes, with slight differences between the three modes. I like all three. It lasts for one to three uses per charge, but to be fair, my house is REALLY cold (40-45 degrees F) so the cold probably affects the battery longevity.But I have a permanently bent finger on my right hand. So that hand doesn’t fit in the glove properly. If I use this massager on the hand with the bad finger, I have to use the lighter settings and I cannot get my hand all the way inside. So I had to buy a cheaper massager for that hand, which does not give as thorough of a massage as this one does.I recommend this massager because of the glove inside, the reasonable price, and it is effective. I hope the battery and recharging last.

Heat and compression is great
I wish the massage quality was better, more of a rolling massage would work. The heating levels are really nice. And the compressing levels are strong, which is great. It does feel good on my arthritic hands and fingers.

Just Squeezing, No Relief
I was really hoping this would help with my stiff fingers and provide some relief, but **it doesnât massage at all.** All it does is squeeze and releaseâover and overâwithout any actual kneading, rolling, or movement that would feel like a real massage. The compression isnât soothing or effective; it just applies pressure and then lets go, but thereâs **no real comfort or relief.** If youâre looking for something to help with stiffness, arthritis, or carpal tunnel, this isnât it. The heat is barely noticeable, and overall, it just felt like my hand was being pressed down without any actual benefit.If you need a real massage for your hands, this device wonât do the job. Good little machine for left hand
This massage machine is lightweight and well made and affordable. It is user friendly and not as complex as some other electric massages. It delivers heat beautifully. There are no nodes pressing on finger joints.And yet, I am returning it. It was great for my left hand but it’s my right hand that needs heated massage. Unfortunately, I found it uncomfortable for the right hand because it must be turned over to put your right hand thumb and fingers in. It wasn’t as soothing or effective turned over for my right hand as it had been when using it for the left hand. Still, it’s a nicely made machine for the price and your experience might be different than mine.
