If your hands cramp up when you’re playing music, crafting, typing, cooking, etc., then this is the perfect gift to yourself.It is not a lightweight unit, it has some heft but because of this, it works well to really address using heat, vibration and compression. You use one hand at a time. The wrist sleeve is adjustable and does up easily with velcro to hold your hand in the proper position. The modes are on the top so your other hand can set it up easily one handed. The heat is such a nice feature that I’ve never used before. Now I can’t live without it.
