I have never slept better! I was apprehensive about taking this because I had never heard of kava. It does taste a little odd but nothing that you donât get used to after 2-3 nights in. I highly recommend this if you are having a hard time sleeping. I take mine in conjunction with with magnesium supplement.

Now just because I didnât like this specific product they sold doesnât mean I wonât buy from this company again. I updated 2 more stars for amazing customer service support- and I will be looking through their products to see what else Iâd like to purchase.Original review: I received this yesterday and it was packaged well. Unfortunately the smell that came from this bottle is not something I could actually physically be able to consume. I tried to return it because I wonât be using it and it is unopened, but it says itâs not eligible for return. Not excited because I wouldnât have purchased if I had known I couldnât return.
