natural self-healing. The Glanzstück Berlin relaxation mat is a home treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine and
methodology. Around 6,850 flower spikes stimulate the pressure points of your body, which releases endorphins and creates a pleasantly warm feeling of relaxation through improved blood circulation. This is not only a step-by-step way to reduce stress but also to counteract pain and muscle tension. Acupressure also positively affects the quality of sleep and counteracts inner restlessness.
The acupressure spikes made of hypoallergenic HIPS plastic (also used in children’s toys) are inspired by flower blossoms. We purposefully placed the individual spikes in such a way that they provide an advantage in terms of effectiveness, sensation and durability.
This set is not only optimized for a physiotherapeutic effect, but it is also a visual delight in any home.
Our mat is made of linen in sand color with warm brown acupressure surfaces, finished with embossed labels in imitation leather.
The pillow is filled with buckwheat husks, which comfortably support the head and are particularly adaptable, breathable and heat-retaining. The firmness can also be adjusted individually by removing some of the filling.
The mat’s core is made of high-quality coconut fiber, characterized by antibacterial, sturdy, yet elastic properties. It is also a renewable material commonly used in mattress manufacturing.
Our products are free of adhesives – the flowers are fixated by a special heat-pressing process.

Great Quality
The product is made well, but I’m unsure what I think about this concept yet. I’ve only used it a few times and if you can get past the pain threshold, it stimulates the muscles but it’s pretty uncomfortable to get used to. I will continue to use it to see what the long-term benefits are, but just beware of the heads-up that it will take some getting used to and it’s not about the comfort.

The Glanzstuck Berlin Acupressure Mat is a great tool for relieving tension and promoting relaxation. The spikes take some getting used to, but once you adjust, it provides deep relief for sore muscles and stress. Itâs well-made, durable, and easy to store. If you struggle with back pain or need a way to unwind, this is a solid choice.

Just As Good As Prana, But For A Fraction Of The Cost
I spent a while researching acupressure mats and found that this mat is strikingly similar to Prana. I could not justify spending $$$ on a Prana mat when this one looked to be made just as well (and maybe a little better). I love that this mat can be separated into different configurations depending on the need. I preferred the more natural coloring. I love the tote that it comes with. And the neck pillow is AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Nailed it!!
This matt and pillow will bring about 5 minutes of uncomfortable feeling to your skin….but if you hang in there, you start to feel relief!! Currently trying for reducing cellulite as they say this helps!

Not strong enough for me
I am a noob to laying on it. It wasn’t enough pressure for me as I prefer really deep rough massages. It also wasn’t wide enough for me.My old mom however found it decent but said she would never use it so I returned it.I just bought two “Varku Foot Massage Mat, Reflexology Acupressure Massager Mat with Colorful Stones” and put them side by side.

Die Nackenrolle ist schön straff gefüllt (muss man mit längerem Gebrauch vermutlich aber nachstopfen), die Spikes sind für die empfindliche Nackenpartie genau richtig – nicht zu spitz, aber auch nicht zu flach. Gutes Produkt, das auch nicht irgendwie merkwürdig riecht oder sonstwie unangenehm wäre.
