I got these quality vitamins for my son. I picked them specifically because they contain Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin and not Cyanocobalamin like most vitamins. It also contains a certified organic real food vitamin blend. My picky son said theyâre delicious and enjoy taking them daily. Theyâre not sticky and absorb easily. Because of their delicious taste, the ease of swallowing is not an issue. The price isnât too bad either. I will definitely recommend and will very likely re-order once he runs out.

like most vitamins, you never really know if they are working or not! it’s kind of like cheap insurance. these taste good, but are almost too sweet. to get the full RDA of your vitamins, you need to take 4 of these a day. At 1.25g sugar each, that’s 5g of added sugar per day – not too bad. But could be too high for some folks. I think spreading out your vitamins with each meal is a good idea, but I usually only eat one of these per day. they are a bit pricey for what you get too. If they came out with a cheaper, low-sugar version, which required 3 per day (1 per meal), I would bump this up to 5 stars.

I’ve been really happy with these vitamins. They’re vegan, kosher, and non-GMO, which checks all my boxes. Great taste without any artificial flavors â love it! The fact that they are gluten-free and specific for men is a definite plus. Bonus points for the organic ingredients and 9 organic fruits. No candy ingredients, a big yay! My dad is a huge fan too, he’s been recommending them to his friends. All in all, a really awesome product. Great job, guys!
