Great for digestion and easy to digest too
Sometimes these products are too harsh to even chew or swallow but this is a nice easy to chew and effective way to help me digest if I have eaten too much acidic foods. I have no side effects like other products itâs a great value for, the size of the bottle lasts a while. Try before or after your meal and see what works best for your body. A nice and gentle and effective product to use with. My sensitivities.

Health Conscious Choice Loaded with Benefits
I really like the features of this enzyme supplement. It’s non-GMO, plant-based, and so easy to take. The presence of prebiotic fiber is greatly advantageous. The tropical flavor is pleasant and it’s a bonus that it’s certified organic. I believe in science-backed products and this one fits the bill. It also tastes great! A highly recommended health-conscious choice.

I have been having some digestive issues after big meals and these seem to be effectively helping me! I have been taking them mostly after dinner since that is my heaviest meal of the day. They taste like a pineapple candy and are easy to chew. The size of the bottle for the money is a great value with great ingredients. Will be buying again once out.

These enzymes are very effective, and they have a pleasant taste. Garden Of Life apparently now has a relationship with Dr. David Perlmutter. If Dr. Perlmutter is indeed helping to formulate these new series of supplements, then it is working well. I hope he is advising, and GoL is not just using his picture and name recognition. None-the-less, I would recomend these enzymesð

Surprise at the end.
Normally I would give this product 5 stars. I have bought several bottles. Unfortunately I dumped the very last wafer out today and it came out with bug parts. Needless to say I was quite surprised considering I had eaten the entire bottle already save for this last one. Unfortunately, I am now past the return window. The insect parts were definitely there prior to my opening. The cap is always replaced after taking out each serving and I am the only one who takes these in my household. I think Garden of Life is a good brand. Iâm sure these things are bound to happen on occasion. Although, I have to say I wonât be repurchasing.
